i got this refrigerator. a few months ago. it works wonderfully. the freezer works great keep everything rock solid. being i live off grid. i use a small power station. this fridge use only a small amount of power to keep everything the way it should. very happy with it

I got this for my husband's "Man Cave" in our basement so he can stock up his coke zero or lemonade close to him while he is working on his laptop. He also has some ice cream %26 sherbert in the freezer! He loves it %26 loves the time it saves him having to come upstairs to get "whatever!"

It arrived with a dent in the door. The AI customer service said i would have to return it to the store. I order online because im in need of a total hip replacement, so essentially im disabled right now, so that would be impossible to return to the store. I was given a live person and they refunded me fully, and let me keep it or give it away, or throw it away! What? I kept it. Great customer service!!! I havent used it long enough to know how well it works but it seems to be just fine!

Seems to be working great honestly. No problems as of yet. I like the fact that it has a REAL FREEZER to put microwave dinners and other stuff like icecream in. So yes I would recommend this product.

only had a month, so far so good. tried to add protection plan, before delivery but app. would not let me once order placed. Hope it last more than a year .

so far it's achieved it's purpose and works as well as you would expect but I should got a bigger one because over packing it dose affect your maximum potential of keeping things from fluckshewaiting in being consistent at least that's what I'm noticing!

Shipping is a problem. I don't know which shipping is responsible. If from the source or delivery. The drivers deliver decently. The first fridge was very dented and damaged. I returned it. The second purchase and delivery was okay. The 2nd purchase is a little bit damaged. A very small dent. I don't have a fridge and no time to order a 3rd fridge. I decided to keep the item.

Delivery was timely but upon opening the box, the item was damaged in 2 spots. First on the upper rear right corner, the other bottom left. the bottom left looks as wide as a hi-lo fork. pictures from item and bottom packing material. Also missing instruction booklet.

It is a cute little fridge and it is comfortable in side for some items. However it doesn't keep things too cold. The freezer is good. I wouldn't buy it again. I think I paid too much for it. I should have researched different stores a little bit more before buying it.

Shipping was fast but it came damaged. After I finished unpacking it and was moving it into place I noticed the back corner was damaged. After revising the box I noticed box had damaged to it in the same corner. See Pics. Now I have to go through the process of returning this fridge. Bummer!! I was looking for my setup to be complete. Oh well....
