Love this product. Our under the cabinet microwave broke and this one is a temporary until we get a new one. This is not only a cool little design that takes you waaaaayyy back. But also heats the food up to perfect temp, easy to use, and fits right on the counter even if you do t have much of a counter to use.

I like it it has a learning curve to it for sure. Has A child safety lock built in, basically you can't just open the door after cooking you have to press the unlock button. I'm sure it would t take a child long to figure out, but for toddlers it's great. For adults it takes a moment to get used t, but quickly becomes habit to hit the unlock before opting the door.

This is our second one after some severe abuse for 5 years. it is a fantastic little microwave and we didn't bother looking for any other because of how well the first one did. we moved into a fixer upper house that didn't have a kitchen and it took me nearly a year to get our kitchen going and this thing was our soul cooking utensil and it was fantastic. I'll never eat microwavable meals again, but I will always have one of these!

Arrived well packaged and on time. This is a little difficult to figure out how to use it but now I find it is easy. Does a great job cooking plus it's not noisey

Great for a small counter. I didn’t realize how much I missed having a clock on my counter.! it’s perfect for a small apartment. It’s the right power level for a one person.. And the plate was simple to install.

While I absolutely am in love with the look of this microwave and it goes perfect with the decor of my kitchen. It's a good thing I don't use the microwave very often. Even trying to heat my little lavender seed neck wrap that the tag says. Do not heat longer than 30 seconds, well unfortunately it took 2 1/2 minutes to get it warm. I am by no means an expert in microwaves and the wattage difference but now I get it. All my homes previously had built-in microwaves so when I got this one, I just expected it to work the same and that may be my own fault. So keep in mind it is a very low wattage compared to what most people have in their homes, but if you're willing to have to cook for a couple extra minutes, then it's a small price to pay for such an adorable and perfect looking microwave

This is our 2nd one for our vacation rental. The first was bought in 2021. It worked well. There's a small learning curve to use the knobs. We replaced the first because the inside began to run when the outer coating wore away around the fourth year of use. It was not used everyday. Most of the use would have been during peak season.

Very lightweight but works pretty well. I just use it to reheat leftovers or cook a tv dinner, so I don't need much power.

This microwave has a very annoying high pitched beep and it beeps for every interaction and there is no mute. I wish I'd researched more and gotten microwave with a mute.

I had this microwave for one month and the dial that sets cooking time %26 and turns off /on went on the blink. I couldn't set the time to cook for a minute or two, it showed 98 minutes or letter 'A' followed by a bunch of numbers. It was jiberish and I had to unplug it to turn it off. Just returned it today. It does look cute and all, but it was a waste of time %26 money.
