I am a person who usually avoids assembling however I had no issues this time around. I am happy with the outcome.
Very happy with this cabinet. I can fit many files into it. Meets all of my home office needs. Would purchase again.
Was missing screws and the directions were hard to follow and written too small The drawers are not stable. There are pieces that I have no idea where they go or how
Thin and cheap , flimsy. Not even pressed wood. Looks good put together, but not sturdy enough drawers to fill and hold up to the weight
I didn't like that the the drawers would fall down after pulling them out to insert a file. It's a flimsy construction that I definitely buy again or recommend to friends.
If I could have given this negative stars I would have. As you can tell from the pictures, the frame of this drawer system is completely out of whack. While the box did arrive damaged, I do not believe that damage occurred during shipping. It appears to me that this came off of the assembly line in this shape because I couldn't even attempt to shape it back to where it should be. Unfortunately, by the time I opened this box and assembled the drawers and realized that it would not work too much time had elapsed, and I was unable to return it. I would not recommend anyone buying this, I will certainly not be buying another one, and all I wish is that I could have seen the condition of this drawer system before it was too late to return.
Thid file is very unstable. The drawers are made of cloth and are difficult to open and close. It is not at all what I was expecting. It looks nice, but it is not user friendly. Opening it and putting things in the drawers is not easy. It has even tipped over once during the process.
Don't even consider buying this filing cabinet! If I would have known the extremely poor quality of this cabinet I would have never even opened the package it is by far the worst waste of money that I have ever purchased in my whole life. I wish I would have just refused the delivery. It's made of cardboard and a flimsy metal frame and when you open up the drawers they fall out I only have about 20 files in the drawer and it can't even handle that don't waste your money because I certainly wasted mine
This file cabinet is very flimsy ,the drawers are made of cloth and cardboard, when they're filled with files they are very hard to pull in and out and are much too weak to be used as a everyday file cabinet
The file cabinet drawers are too short to fit legal-size hanging files. The length (depth) of the drawer is 14 3/4 ". This is the exact size of a legal file without the "ears" from which it hangs. The drawer depth must be ~ 15 3/4" to hold a legal hang file. This item is not suitable for its claimed use, to hold either letter or legal-size files. Do not buy to hold legal files.
