my initial impression was this case is way too lightweight to offer much protection but after installation i decided to give it a chance...it probably will be fine for a clerical worker...i'm retired so i'm not as active as i once was but i do spend time outdoors so there is a chance of dropping my phone on the concrete/ground
I have never used a protective case for a phone before but, since I paid a pretty penny for my current phone, I thought I would add some protection. The case fit well once I got the thing open to begin with. But I found the screen protector to be a nuisance, as I would have to peck at things repeatedly and then would wind up in outer Timbuktu. I found it to be not at all responsive, but maybe that was just me. I even tried one of those rubber-tipped pencils and that did not work. Now, once on your phone, it wants to STAY on. I will not try to return it as I scratched and scraped it trying to remove it from my phone without damaging the phone. For my first experience with a phone protector this was a fail. I give 2 stars because it fit well and actually looked nice. It just did not work for me as I had hoped.
The built in screen protector did not allow for a smooth touch screen operation.
