When I began charging tablet, message on screen: Please use the charger included with your package, which is what I was using so changed to phone charger and it worked with no problem. Why would wrong charger be included with tablet?
It was supposed to be a brand new product and it very obviously is not. It came in a generic box. It had no wrappings. It was not covered in a screen protector and it came inside some generic phone case. And when I took these phone case off the tablet was dirty
it was NOT as described, it was a Verizon product, I could only activate it to use through Verizon and that was not listed or in description.
Takes forever to charge and charger heats up. I've tried to reach out to this seller three separate times emails and phone calls never gets back to me.
I can't play nothing on my tablet , it says it hasn't been update since 2018 , so it's a used tablet , I have factory reset it %26 it still doing the same thing .
The item was locked to a carrier that I do not use. The locked carrier, my carrier nor Walmart were able to unlock the device, making it useless to me.
I thought I was purchasing a new tablet as a Xmas gift. The tablet was slow to operate. Contacted Samsung customer service and was informed the tablet was refurbished and was originally sold in 2019 by Verizon. Returning for a refund. This is acceptable.
The tablet stopped working a month after buying it.
Delivered June 10th, irretrievably frozen by the 20th. Gee.
My tablet. Didn't come with a SIM card.
