In this price point, this is way above the value you pay for. Yes it can take some time to set up, yes the software might be a bit of limiting without a subscription. But. 30 dollars? Remote control on your phone? Full color and night vision? Solar panel covers its power needs lasting from day to night, and The camera can turns around like coming out of ci-fi movie? You can’t get it all from one thing with 30 dollars right? Welp, this product got you covered. It is pretty good for the price
For the money this is a great little camera that charges very well with included solar panel. The setup is somewhat confusing but if you spend some time reading and testing it works great. I contacted seller and the responded quickly to my request. Cable is long enough to mount solar panel away from unit. I set the alert on performance mode and it captures anything that moves: rabbits, cats, dogs, leaves blowing, but has a setting that ignores things that are not human but I want to see everything. Camera shot look better than 2k quality. You won't be dissapointed after the 'learning curve.
I am very satisfy with the camera. it was easy to install and it's very easy to use. It has a good quality image. I recommend it
This camera is fantastic, I was concerned that my WiFi router would not have the range but was able to connect. The camera show the signal to be weak but the camera works fine. Was contacted by the company to make sure I was satisfied and they answered some questions for with quick email response. Solar panel works fine it charged the camera quickly.
I already have two Galayou security cameras, which are wired and have been working well. I got this new solar-powered camera to place in front of the garage where I don't have a power outlet. The solar power has been great so far this summer, with the battery consistently reaching 100%. Additionally, the app now has human detection with motion enabled, which is a big improvement from before when it would notify me of flies or snowy winds approaching the camera. I hate to go for bigger brand cameras that costs additional with their monthly subscriptions, setup was easy as long as I have the 2.5GHz network I love the solar power, and the battery life is remarkable.
It was easier to get mounted and working than I thought it would be. The picture quality is great, the motion detection works great at well! I like that you can set the sensitivity levels and distance levels. The 2 way audio works great! I put a micro SD card in it and it records with motion. The solar panel keeps the thing charged so much better than I thought. The key is finding somewhere on your house that gets a lot of sun. The cord is long so you can have the camera in a completely different spot than the solar panel. The panel plugs in by USB C so you can really just hardwire this thing too. The versatility is great! Highly recommend it and it’s actually incredibly fairly priced.
My experience with this solar camera is outstanding. first off the setup is done in 7 minutes. the app functionality is flawless and quick every time i watch the cameras live view. that's huge! 2nd no worrying about battery since it's solar amazing!! and to me most important is night view. clean crisp! i can see all my backyard and see someone walking across the yard at night!
works great
disconnecting all the time, doesnt always pick up someone in views eye
item will not record onto the cloud even on the plan does not record at all was not too difficult to install but it does not recharge with the solar you have to go out every 3 to 4 days and hook up to power to recharge batteries that do not recommend this one
