Galbani Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball, Non-Marinated, 6 oz (Refrigerated)

I've tried the other more expensive popular kind and I really do not taste much of a difference. I don't think I could even tell them apart if I was having to taste both kind blindfolded. I really like this even better, please do not get on my case, but I like this one better than Boar's Head kind. My opinion, don't judge.

i'm italian-american, and fresh mozzarella is a key ingredient, and this one is so good for the price. i use it on basically everything — sandwiches, flatbreads, in pasta bakes, sprinkled over pasta and stirred in, etc. this is one item that never gets thrown out or not finished either and fresh mozzarella can be a primary ingredient in so many things, so it's good to have on hand if you don't want to introduce a meat element

Used a couple balls of this cheese, a container of cocktail tomatoes and fresh basil to make a good sized caprese salad for less than $10. A little balsamic, some black pepper and HEAVEN!

This is not like block mozzarella. It is delicious and actually melts properly. I love this! Buy it when you can! It's creamy and goes well with anything that real mozzarella should.

this was one of the least expensive options they had. i have never tried it before, thinking it was cheap it probably wouldnt be any good, i was wrong! this mozzarella tastes so fresh and is so soft it seems just made!

I love cheese.I put this cheese on my Italian hero an melted it,It was so good especially with th crispy hard salami. I think this will be good in salads ,on pizza an with tomatoes an balsami.

I've had this before and it was just ok, but with my most recent purchase the cheese was hard, not soft like fresh mozzarella should be. it would be an acceptable aged mozzarella so I'll find something to do with it, but it was completely hardened and could not be used in a caprese salad.

Love this brand of mozzarella. Sadly, the expiration date had passed a month before the product was purchased and the cheese went bad. It was a curbside pickup, so I hadn't been able to check the date before purchasing.

Can I attached the photo? This cheese has been expired on Nov 10, 2025 and I never check on it not until I have to use it. I ordered it on Nov 20, 2025 but it is now wrapped is swollen bcoz it is expired already.
