Galbani Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball, Non-Marinated, 6 oz (Refrigerated)

I've tried the other more expensive popular kind and I really do not taste much of a difference. I don't think I could even tell them apart if I was having to taste both kind blindfolded. I really like this even better, please do not get on my case, but I like this one better than Boar's Head kind. My opinion, don't judge.

i'm italian-american, and fresh mozzarella is a key ingredient, and this one is so good for the price. i use it on basically everything — sandwiches, flatbreads, in pasta bakes, sprinkled over pasta and stirred in, etc. this is one item that never gets thrown out or not finished either and fresh mozzarella can be a primary ingredient in so many things, so it's good to have on hand if you don't want to introduce a meat element

I love this cheese ! It's like the kind you get hanging in cheese cloth. It's great to add into your meal and just to eat it. I love it with sliced tomatoes and basil leaves.

The fresh ingredients that are used to make this cheese really shine through. I put some on toast and sprinkled a little salt and pepper and went to town. it was delicious and a great source of calcium.

Creamy and delicious. This is NOW my favorite brand for fresh mozzarella. I use this for my homemade Caprese salad. And for topping my own margheritta pizza.

I've had this before and it was just ok, but with my most recent purchase the cheese was hard, not soft like fresh mozzarella should be. it would be an acceptable aged mozzarella so I'll find something to do with it, but it was completely hardened and could not be used in a caprese salad.

My displeasure had nothing to do with the product. The product was expired and should have been pulled off of the shelf a long time ago. It is the end of June the product expired May 19th! The date was clearly marked. Richland Walmart Aiken SC you have a problem because I have gotten multiple items that have expired dates from different departments in your store. This is a management problem that needs to be resolved immediately.

Love this brand of mozzarella. Sadly, the expiration date had passed a month before the product was purchased and the cheese went bad. It was a curbside pickup, so I hadn't been able to check the date before purchasing.
