I grew up never liking any kind of cheese unless it was melted in a bowl when I wasn't feeling well sharp cheddar that is my mom would make but now that I'm older I still don't really like cheese, but I love string cheese. I'm the string cheese is delicious mozzarella string cheese. I'm getting fat, but that's good cause I'm kind of too skinny. I'll eat cheese string cheese all day long and this is great product

I loved these. I think they're real cheese, not whipped up in a factory. Thick enough to get a good bite full, thin enough to snack on. This cheese is my favorite. Individually packaged. ‘String' I think thread, but these are thick-thick, but not dense. Dare I say ‘chewy'? I like them.

Galbany's low moisture string cheese, it is exactly what I was looking for when I bought this string cheese. It's not rubbery. But strings perfectly.

It's a bit salty but overall has a nice texture. Some packages are a softer cheese and others are harder. Overall great bang for your buck.

These used to be an enjoyable string cheese stick, but not anymore. I'm on my second package that is just so-so. It's too soft and not a good low moisture cheese anymore. Maybe I'll try it again in a year. Very disappointing

I did not care for it at all. It's supposed to be string cheese, but it wasn't stringy at all. I have read the info about string cheese, and the more pasturized it is, the more stringy it should be. So I'm guessing that this particular brand is only pasturized once.
