Cheese has less fat and less calories. Good for melting on pizza and casseroles. Remember calcium in milk products, blocks the absorption of iron from meat. So we need to learn to eat milk %26 meat in different meals. I know I just learned this too. Why didn't someone teach us these things about nutrition.?

Very nice for making pizza.
Good for pizza. A little too salty for me but I combined it with fresh mozzarella on my pizza and made my my sauce with less salt and it worked!

i ordered whole milk and i received 2% low fat. The whole milk melts muxh better tha low fat. and the whole fat taste better than reduced fat.

It seems that this cheese is no longer good.
This cheese is now moist and mushy with less flavor. I no longer like it. the Last few times I bought it I have not liked it, and I used to like the firm texture and flavor of this cheese. This cheese will get moldy very quickly too. I thought , maybe I got a bad batch, but the quality of each purchase has been bad recently.
