Galbani Part Skim Ricotta Cheese, 32 oz (Refrigerated)

This is a good ricotta cheese overall . Now , it's not going to be the same as something you would buy at a specialty supermarket but for a national brand from a mega store it's good . I bought the low fat version and combines it with cottage cheese , Parmesan, Romano and mozzarella as part of a recipe for lasagna . It was delicious apart from it being low fat . I would recommend this especially if using it for a recipe where it is being used in combination with other cheese .

Why are you not carrying REBEL ANYMORE, it is the best low carb or Keto. Public and Winn Dixie carry it, but I use your delivery service. PLEASE CARRY THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

i use it for baked mac. since i was new to it i was happy to find it taste so good. just the right amont of sweetness and creamyness. i want to try it mixed with cinnamon on toast as a treat

The difference in taste and "shelf" life between Galbani and the store brands is unbelievable!! The Galbani Ricotta is so good that you can eat it plain by the spoonful, and it's so fresh and smooth with just a hint of sweetness. I now usually buy a 2 or 3 lb. container because once I've opened it, I know all I have to do is put the container cover back on and put it in the refrigerator UPSIDE DOWN and it will be just like I first opened it - no mold growing, same smooth consistency, and perfect taste. Yes, it is more expensive, but the taste and length of time it stays fresh are more than worth it! BTW...did I mention I'm 1/2 Italian and grew up eating lasagna, manicotti, and pasta (with ricotta mixed with some spaghetti sauce) so I have just a little experience with ricotta!

i never like ricotta plain till i had this . I love the flavor. the texters just like it should be The price has gone up.Just like everything else.But I just love these products because they seem fresh less processed. straight out it's to flavor I do buy this. and I like all the products that i've tried from this company. i don't know if I'm supposed to say that, but it's the truth.It's my favorite items to specially make lasagna

Don't waste your money loaded with water you must drain overnight in cheesecloth. If I have to do all that I'll make it myself! Get Pollyo no fail cheese period! The mozzarella is horrible also!
