IF ... emphasis on IF you have a Shredding Device of some sort . Auto or Manual Shredding devices will do just fine . Shredding this Whole Mozzarella Ball as soon as you 1st open it for your 1st meal prep using it . Upon Shredding it all , Package in 4 to 8 Ziploc Freezer Bags or Sandwich Bags I only fill them approximately two thirds full , so I can gently roll the bag and get the Air out without over comprising the Cheese itself . Then I zip them up and have at least 6 more servings possibly 8 more . Doing this or something else like this , makes this Cheese A deal . Its Thick and Melts With great Oozing effect and Coverage. Versatile Mozzarella
It melted nicely. Had just the right amount of salt with a pleasing cheese taste. You can use it in recipes, on sandwiches or on a charcuterie board. Very nice flavor.

Great for pizza
I use this to make pizza all the time. Easy to shred. Tastes great. Melts well. I make my own dough and this is the right consistency to melt right as the dough finishes baking. It's enough cheese to make 4 good size pizzas.

the right ammount of salt and firm enough for grating...melts wonderfully and is the only mozzerella I use on my pizza and in lasagna

Good brand but dry
It is a good brand of mozzarella. It does not spoil for a while in refrigerator. It is kind of dry. I use it mostly to make pizza. I mix it with plenty crushed tomato so reduce dryness of the cheese .

Ok, but not what I expected
It does not have a good taste, it is hard, it is stringy when it melts, but it has a weird feel and taste.

Ugh it's cheese?
Ordered for home delivery - Doesn't taste like anything. Not creamy nor milky. Trying to get away from already shredded due to added chemicals. This brand is the only one offered for delivery, sad....

The last two I got were mushy! Not good had to toss them! Just awful. Grandkids didn't get their home made pizza
