I actively search this stuff out every year. I use it making freeze dried candy to sell for Easter. The kids go crazy for it every year.

Favorite part of Easter is eating the edible Easter grass. you can eat it right out of the bag or use it to decorate Easter desserts.

Well it sure was better to eat the grass than to have all the plastic or paper grass all over the house making it hard to sweep up. Best of all everyone ate some and enjoyed the green apple taste would definitely buy it again.

This is adorable to use as garnish for your baking, but I cannot reccomend eating it. I read the previous reviews about how this tasted great. And I loved that it had no sugar or artificial sweetners. But texture and taste reminded me of floss--hence why I took a star off. I used for Easter and the kids and adults reported that while it looked pretty, they did not enjoy the taste /texture so it was pulled off and left on plates. Idea is cute just wish execution was better.

I bought this because I have cats, and one of them once ate a strand of plastic grass, which caused a lot of trouble. I keep my Easter baskets out of their reach, but it’s easy for a strand to fall on the floor without me noticing. Especially when I am filling the baskets. When this edible grass came out, I picked up a package to give it a try. It’s sturdier and lacks the sparkle of some high-end plastic grass, but if a piece falls on the floor and one of my cats finds it, it won’t cause them any harm. My one complaint is that it contains aspartame, which, for an item made in Germany, is a surprise. However, it's a once-a-year item and the apple flavor is nice. The main ingredients are potato and cornstarch, so it has a wafer texture and dissolves when you chew it. I would recommend this for anyone with pets and small children, and it is environmentally friendly.

It tasted like grass. Honestly, it was horrible. It didn't let go of the form of the circle it cane i. no matter how hard i tried, it stayed in a circle. The taste was not one to brag on, and neither was the looks. It is an aquired taste

With this item is definitely would not recommend it. Does not taste like green apple at all. Taste like your chewing a cardboard box.

I tried it before I gave it to my grandkids taste like paper so I told him to throw it away. Don’t try to eat it. We never buy this again would not recommend it beautiful pretty color and everything great for decorations, but not for consumption.
