Galil Eggplant
Galil fried eggplant was exactly what I expected to make it easier and more timely in preparing my eggplant parmesan dish. I wish the price were lower and the shipping wait shorter but overall, this product worked out well for my family of three.

Exceeded expectations...
Really tasty - wow! Served as an appetizer (warmed up) with lemon slices on the side, in addition to warmed flatbread with a spicy dip (spread) and/or hummus. Good stuff!
