Gallery Solutions 14"x18" Walnut Wall Picture Frame Double White Mat - Matted for 10"x13" Image

The first one I ordered arrived with broken glass, despite no obvious damage to the box and the frame being very well packed. So I ordered a replacement that arrived 2 days later. The frame arrived in excellent condition and again was impressed with the box and packaging. The frame looks clean, elegant and would work with both modern and traditional themes. The double mat really highlights the picture. It's going as a center piece to a wall gallery of family portraits.

Really nice frame, and a great price! The mat is beveled so the frame appears much more expensive. Love it! It's dark walnut, but it looks black which was the look I was going for.

I'd highly recommend this frame. The double mat really makes it pop and gives it a very nice professional look. The frame is a flat I believe 1 1/2" wide face with a tight crisp look and feel. It really is a tad weighty which to me adds to the overall value of it. I use these along with a few others from Wal-mart to sell my photography. A gorgeous frame...but think they are currently out of stock. Sure hope they don't drop this line, a top choice in my mind. Please re-stock and keep these coming, highly recommend.

I'm pleased w/ the frame; all except the cardboard hangers. For the money I spent for a mdf frame, I would expect a more substantial hanger.

This frame is a much better quality than the comparable RE frame I bought at Target. I bought a frame very similar to this from Target, but when it arrived, the corner of the frame was broken. I went to Target to return it and found that they had some in stock at the store except that those all had cracks in the frames too! After this I decided to search Walmart and I'm so glad I found this one. It arrived in perfect condition and seems like it won't break easily like the RE frames. It's a great price and looks great! My photos looks so professional. It came with two white mats. I wish that it had actual metal hooks on the back instead of plastic corners because it means I have to be very precise when drilling the nails. I would still buy this frame again.

It is heavy and not able to be wall mounted. For the price it is nice. The size is spot on as described. Sturdy overall.

Our company ordered six fames. They were packed three in a box for shipping. Out of the six, only one arrived with the glass broken. I returned it to a store, and reordered the one as they are not sold in stores. It arrived - broken. So I returned it to a store, and reordered. The third one arrived - broken again. At this point I am going to keep it, and just purchase a new piece of glass from a local craft store, it will be cheaper and easier that the hassle and paying for more shipping. The first ones arrived in better shape as the three in a box were more tightly packed and did not move around in the box. Don't people in your shipping department realize that putting a frame with glass in it, in an oversize box, with only one piece of thin paper around it will bounce around and break when shipped? Please do some internal training.
