I don't know what frame the review below is from but it is not this frame. Each piece comes packed with care. No assembly required! hangs on special tabs with directions on the back. love the look of the double mat! I need to order more for Christmas presents - please put back in stock soon!!!

Generally great quality. One small scratch on 1 of 4 frames ordered, but I could live with it.

The frame quality is truly fantastic for the price. It is a nice, sturdy frame that has an appropriate weight for a quality frame (you can tell it isn’t super cheap). However, I was perplexed by the patented hangers. I didn’t realize that is what they were because I had never seen them before. I briefly tried to reinsert them while putting the frame back together after placing my photo. However, after finding it more challenging than necessary, I surmised that these were just for packaging purposes to get the frame safely delivered. Days later, I realized there was nothing mounted to the frame to hang it. After researching the product, only then did I realize I may have thrown the hangers away with the packaging materials. Even so, the proprietary hangers seem awkward, tho never having used them I don’t really know.

The mat is a little flimsy but the frame is nice.

Loved this frame. However, the frame came shattered twice when ordered from Sams and also when ordered from another company. I’m not sure if it is the packaging from the company that caused the item to shatter or if it was the delivery to my home. Other than the shattered glass the frame is nice. Just wish I could have used it with the glass and not without.
