Great Taste, Less Filling
Tried this product for the first time. Used Original %26 Hickory on Venison jerky. Jerky came out great. Tasted very good and did not overpower the venison. Being a user of other Jerky seasoning products, and personal preference, I used 1/2 the amount of salt/cure. I will be this from now on. For a little "kick', and some cayenne!

Taste good to me…
I've only made the Hickory flavor so far with 5 pounds of ground beef. Flavor wasn't too salty or over bearing.

Better than my own ingredients batch
I tried curing and seasoning with my own ingredients myself unsuccessfully. Then I bought this and it came out perfect. I used ground beef. Don't really notice a difference in taste between the flavors, but I don't care because it's a good taste.

Good seasoning. I made mine 5 pounds at a time so I added the whole bag of cure and seasoning.

it had an amazing taste and came with all non liquid ingredients (all three marinade with water and one calls for whiskey).

This jerky seasoning is easy to use and works great. The hickory flavor is nice and smoky, and the whiskey pepper is good.

Meh
Not a bad product but I would not suggest trying to make more than 2 pounds maximum. I had 4 pounds and the flavor is so weak I should have used two kits of the same flavor.
