This thing is extremely well made and sturdy! It's not light but we don't want it to be…it it perfectly built for its job. As you can see from the photos. This swing trainer is very adjustable and has easy to use knobs in that are simple and effective. I love that our younger kiddo can use it and then practice with her friends that are much, much taller. This thing has been a hit (pun intended) among the multiple ball players we have in our neighborhood. We plan to purchase an additional one as a gift for one of the older kids in our family because they like ours so much!
Love this! It works great for our little kids (sturdier than a tee ball set) and it works great for the bigger kids/adults. I really like that it also tilts and adjusts to height levels and is easy to do so. Assembly was fairly easy as well. I was able to have it put together in about 15 minutes, so I'd call that a success. However, the instructions weren't very clear at a few parts. But it was mostly straightforward, so it wasn't too big of a deal. All the pieces around the batting area are covered with a thick rubber coating. The whole thing is pretty solid and I can see it lasting a long time, even if there are a few bonks from a bat haha!
My son uses this every to practice is swing . I have seen a change in the way he hits the ball . It is easy to bring to the baseball field and to adjust . I would recommend this product .
This was super easy to put together and get to work! It recall can help level out your swing and we have seen some improvement in games without having a dip and a pop up. The padding is sufficient if you accidentally hit it and it is light enough to carry back to the garage or patio when done.
Overall this is a nice swing trainer. It took about 25 minutes to put together. It's large but not hard to move around the yard, but would be cumbersome to try and take to a park or open field. My son has enjoyed using it to perfect his swing. I wish it had come with a tether or similar to prevent having to chase after the balls once hit. It's not too difficult to adjust angle or height. The difference I see between this and just a regular tee is the ability to change positions/angles in order to practice those.
Used this batting trainer for my 10 year old who wants to be better at baseball. Probably not fully utilizing this tool but it worked well for our purposes as it helped straighten out his swing and make good contact with the ball. It was easy to put together and is well made and seems sturdy and durable. You can adjust it in many ways which makes it very useful. Seems like a good beginner tool that probably becomes even more helpful to intermediate players and maybe even pros.
First off I was disappointed there were no instructions so I had to go online a look for them. Othere that that it was easy to assemble durable, made of good quality material. I was able to set up for kids and for adults hight. Over all great product to teach kids how to properly swing the bat. I would recommend to have instructions in box.
I really wanted this to be a loved practice tool for my son, but it just wasn't for us. I understand the idea behind it, but it really ended up feeling like a glorified batting tee. My son was afraid to swing at his max ability because he was afraid to crack his bat hitting the bars if not aligned correctly. It's also quite bulky, so you'll want to make sure you have ample space to store it. The packaging left nothing to be excited for. It came in a plain box with no labeling as to what was in the box. It was barely taped together when we got it and the parts bag had a hole in it and parts were falling out, so we were fortunate nothing was missing. Instructions were pretty straight forward. The left and right hand pictures weren't very helpful, so we ended up having to adjust it after putting it together.
The gamemaster baseball and softball swing trainer is easy to set up. It's small convenient but it broke after 2 plays. I'm not sure if we set them up correctly or my boy played too rough. Hopefully my husband can find a way to fix it
When I opened the box, there were two zip ties. One looked like it had been cut. There wasn't so much as a photo, let alone assembly instructions. Opened box item, perhaps? Luckily, I am the type to figure it out and then look at instructions when I hit a roadblock, so the lack of instructions didn't deter me too much. I got to work assembling the swing trainer. Everything came together, but by the time I put on the arms I was out of useable screws. I had 3 places where a screw needed to be placed, and needed a longer screw for each. I had two screws left, about an inch long. Not enough to go all the way through and secure with a nut. I did my best with what I had to work with, and by the time I was done I was left with a handful of washers and one nut. The hardware and tools came in one sealed bag, so any missing parts is on the manufacturer. All in, it is sturdy and stands on its own just fine. It is a good little set up for tee ball, and can be raised up for a teenager to practice on. But the set up is disappointing, even if it is just something I got to review for free. For the retail cost, at the very least, I would expect all hardware to be included. Just the lack of instructions would have me taking this back to the store if I had purchased it.
