I wish I could give the Reseller a five-star review, but I cannot. I had network issues with this PC since day 1. I purchased this PC for my remote work. I am unable to use one of the display ports on the PC. Every 2-3 days I have to reset the network adapter. A few times while I was on a call with a customer it disconnected from the network. I had to wait about a minute before it reconnected. I even changed the ethernet cable and still having issues. When I started up the PC for the first time HP logo came up. I did not know that it was built with HP components. Tried to call the Reseller, but the phone was not setup for voicemail, so I was not able to talk with a customer service rep. I emailed the Reseller and they called back a few hours later. We were on the phone not even five minutes before we were disconnected. They did not call me back to see if I still was having issues with the network adapter. The wireless adapter that came with the PC does not up in "This PC" folder. I disconnected it and then reconnected it and it still does not show up in the folder.
