Had to have it rebuilt
When we set the computer up it would not stay on. Called customer service he logged in remotely said the ECU was bad. Sent us a new one. Still the computer didn't work. Tried calling back and he blocked our number. Had to have a friend come work on it. Turned out the build was wired wrong which was cutting the power supply.

The wiring is absolutely skewered to the point that it ran when i started it and downloaded updates and when i came back from work the next day it wouldn't turn on, it had no indication of power even running through it
