i love how i can use it to sit up position or use it to sleep!! absolutely does amazing! i didn't wake up one time from acid reflux. highly recommend it if that's a issue for you!

either Fed Ex received an empty box from the seller, or FedEx lost the contents of the box because it wasn't sealed properly. either way, FedEx couldn't deliver because the box was empty. good luck getting help through FedEx lol. either way this is most likely the seller's fault. if not, they need to talk to FedEx.. which I'm having issues with another order currently. the FedEx in Broomfield, CO. specifically.
