Gap Home 5-Piece Nonstick Metal Bakeware Set

I have used each one of my bakeware set. I baked a loaf of homemade bread in my loaf pan, some rolls in the bigger pan, a cake in the round pan, roasted a chicken in the roasting pan. I loved using each one of the pans. They baked really nice, browned nicely, I couldn't have asked for better pans to bake in. I love the blue color of the pans. I do a lot of baking, and i would like to tell others that nothing stuck fast in any of these pans, it released very nicely. The pans are durable, they clean up nicely, and the home baked food from these pans was delicious. They remind me of the old time blue pans that we all loved so much. I actually still have some of those, and these match that set beautifully. I would definately recommend these baking pans to everyone who loves to bake and enjoys baking. I love to make homemade bread, is delicious and i share with others. I have also made a lot of fried bread this year and shared. It is a wonderful way to meet your neighbors and make new friends. Below is a sample picture of bread I have baked this year. I ran out of storage space in my computer so was unable to load a picture of now, but it looked just as yummy!!!!

I received the Gap Home Everyday Bake Blue Carbon Steel Bakeware Set and I love it! When I first got the box, I was surprised at how heavy it was. That was because this is very heavy duty bakeware! The color is great also. So pretty! There are 5 useful pieces in the package and I am sure I can use every one of them. I baked pumpkin squares in the 9x13 pan. They came out great and did not stick in the pan at all when I got them out. The set is high quality and I expect it to last me many years. It says they are dishwasher and microwave safe. Have not tried in microwave yet though. Overall I really love this set!

I love The Gap deep blue color but more-so the quality of these pans.I was pleasantly surprised to find that GAP HOME is a new available line of products. All five pieces are made of durable carbon steel alloy of 99% iron and 1% carbon and are well made. Heavy duty and strong. The rolled edges prevent being cut and are a very nice feature when handling the pans. The super slick nonstick coating surface release food easily and clean up easily.The coating feels and looks to be substantial and of high quality. The pans are oven safe to 400 degrees. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the coating. Use plastic or wooden utensils. Do not use in a microwave or the broiler. The pans bake evenly, heat evenly, handle easily, and wash easily, are great for baking and roasting. I am now on the look out now for more GAP HOME bakeware.

This bakeware set is so beautiful! The blue color is just so fun and looks great in the kitchen. It is also amazing to use for all baking. They cook very evenly and food tastes great. I did shorten the baking time a few minutes in my trials and it was good that I did. Things did bake a bit faster. Clean up is very simple. I just hand washed in warm, soapy water and towel dried. They stack nicely in the cupboard. This bakeware set is awesome and I look forward to using them. I truly did go through my pantry and donate all my other baking pans. This makes baking fun!!!!

For starters, they are my favorite shade of blue. They are heavy-weight and sturdy with rolled edges and rounded corners. They have a non-stick finish, that I'm sure I'll have to be very careful with not to scratch it. The set includes an oblong pan, square pan, loaf pan, small cookie sheet, and oddly, one round cake pan. Two of those would have been nice. I am really enjoying my new bake set!

I love my pans. This pack comes with all the essentials you need in order to bake cookies, cake, brownies, cheesecake, etc. Its every bakers dream and I'm currently redoing all my appliances and kitchenware to blue so I was pleasantly surprised to find these Carbon Steel pans offered in a variety of colors; especially the blue I needed. They are great non-stick and I've made brownies, coffee cake and chocolate chip cookies, I always use a butter spray aerosol as a coating for precaution and really for added flavor. This is such an affordable price and you get all the basics. Perfect for yourself, a new house or newlyweds.

Carbon steel with a non stick coating.. max temp of 400*. That's the basics, but dddaaang when I picked one up I was impressed with how heavy they are. Nothing warps either. I don't have a comparison and I've had some decent bakewear. Overall extremely impressed. Now the down side, I cooked chicken enchiladas on a bed of rice and it left a discoloration on the pan. Other than that, and knowing the temperature limitation because of the teflon, they are excellent pans.

Finally I have a set of bakeware that's not so flimsy that it pops when it gets hot. The look and feel of these as soon as they hit your hand tells you that you have a quality item. Gently washed in sudsy water and the sheet pan was ready for some cookies during our most recent snow. Everything went perfect. I cant wait to try cake pan out. As I said in the title...all my family members are getting a set of these come Christmas 2022.

These baking pans are nice looking and heavy duty, but I'm not sure they are dishwasher safe...that's why I didn't recommend them. I did put one in the dishwasher and when I took it out a brownish water came out of the rolled up edges. The large sheet pan is 15 1/4 L x 11 W x 1 inch D. The rectangle baking pan is 13 1/2 L x 9 3/4 W x 2 1/4 D. The square baking pan is 9 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 2 1/4 D. The round baking pan is 9 3/4 diameter x 2 1/4 D. The small rectangle baking pan is 9 1/4 L x 5 W x 2 3/4 D. They do scratch easily.

Gap Home Everyday Bake Blue Carbon Steel 5-Piece Bakeware Set I never knew GAP made bakeware. This was delivered from California ,USA but the country of origin is China. All five pieces of bakeware have rolled edges which means you won't cut yourself on the edges and they are all nonstick. They were delivered in a cardboard box that was well packed with extra cardboard,Styrofoam sides and plastic bags around each of the bakeware. The box contains five different shaped pieces of bakeware. The set comes with a loaf pan for bread or meatloaf, a round pan for a cake, square pan for brownies, a flat Rectangular shaped pan for cookies and a square shaped pan for cookies. The set contains five different shaped bakeware so that anything you want to cook should be able to fit into one of these sizes. The deep blue color is pretty if you have matching blue bakeware or if you don't care that your bakeware color matches. The word Gap Home is embossed in the middle of every piece of bakeware. These pieces of bakeware are meant for the oven and not the microwave. Holding it in my hands, they all seem substantial, not flimsy but not too heavy so that you couldn't maneuver them easily. None of the bakeware has plastic or rubber handles that would stop you from using these in the oven. All five pieces are made with durable carbon steel. Carbon steel is an alloy conductor of 99% iron and 1% carbon. The Carbon steel hardness and strength also makes the material more brittle and less malleable. On the pro side, it appears to be durable, affordable, heats up fast and it comes in different shapes for different foods. The cons of the carbon steel is that it is susceptible to rusting discoloration, it is not supposed to be dishwasher safe and it reacts with acidic food. Carbon steel cookware has been linked similarly to cast iron cookware. I baked cookies on the rectangular bakeware and the heat seem to evenly go throughout the pan. It heated up fast and the surface is nonstick. Although there are many benefits to this carbon steel bakeware, there are more cons, so I would not recommend it.
