Carbon steel with a non stick coating.. max temp of 400*. That's the basics, but dddaaang when I picked one up I was impressed with how heavy they are. Nothing warps either. I don't have a comparison and I've had some decent bakewear. Overall extremely impressed. Now the down side, I cooked chicken enchiladas on a bed of rice and it left a discoloration on the pan. Other than that, and knowing the temperature limitation because of the teflon, they are excellent pans.

For starters, they are my favorite shade of blue. They are heavy-weight and sturdy with rolled edges and rounded corners. They have a non-stick finish, that I'm sure I'll have to be very careful with not to scratch it. The set includes an oblong pan, square pan, loaf pan, small cookie sheet, and oddly, one round cake pan. Two of those would have been nice. I am really enjoying my new bake set!

I love my pans. This pack comes with all the essentials you need in order to bake cookies, cake, brownies, cheesecake, etc. Its every bakers dream and I'm currently redoing all my appliances and kitchenware to blue so I was pleasantly surprised to find these Carbon Steel pans offered in a variety of colors; especially the blue I needed. They are great non-stick and I've made brownies, coffee cake and chocolate chip cookies, I always use a butter spray aerosol as a coating for precaution and really for added flavor. This is such an affordable price and you get all the basics. Perfect for yourself, a new house or newlyweds.

I received the Gap Home Everyday Bake Blue Carbon Steel Bakeware Set and I love it! When I first got the box, I was surprised at how heavy it was. That was because this is very heavy duty bakeware! The color is great also. So pretty! There are 5 useful pieces in the package and I am sure I can use every one of them. I baked pumpkin squares in the 9x13 pan. They came out great and did not stick in the pan at all when I got them out. The set is high quality and I expect it to last me many years. It says they are dishwasher and microwave safe. Have not tried in microwave yet though. Overall I really love this set!

Finally I have a set of bakeware that's not so flimsy that it pops when it gets hot. The look and feel of these as soon as they hit your hand tells you that you have a quality item. Gently washed in sudsy water and the sheet pan was ready for some cookies during our most recent snow. Everything went perfect. I cant wait to try cake pan out. As I said in the title...all my family members are getting a set of these come Christmas 2022.

These are the only pans I have ever had that look beautiful! Plus, they are quite heavy for their size which makes them heat evenly. The sizes are: 9x9 square, 9" round, 13x9 baking, 14x10 jelly roll, 8x4 loaf and a 9" circle. These are terrific if you're going to a gathering as they look decorative enough that you can use them as serving pieces.

Received these pans February 1st, 2022 and was surprised on how heavy these pans are. They are very solid pans. The loaf pan measures about 4-3/8"x8-1/4", the round pan is 9"x9" and the square pan is the same measurements. The cookie sheet is 14"x10" and the oblong cake pan is 13"x9". I followed the instructions and washed and dried all pans. I used the cookie sheet to cook some breaded fish filets and the square pan to make some brownies. I used no spray or oil on the pans. The fish filets slid off the pan with no problems. The brownies came out of the pan with ease after I took a nonstick knife around the edges. Cleanup of these pans were very easy - no scrubbing at all. The instructions say to keep the nonstick coating on pans, to use wooden or plastic utensils. Also do not use the bakeware in the microwave or broiler. The pans are good up to 400 degrees in the oven. I would definitely recommend these baking pans to my family and friends. These are great solid nonstick pans.

We have just received our set of Bakeware. The first test we always put to bakeware is cooking homestyle cornbread. The 8 inch square pan is the size that is always used. This set passed with flying colors. The cornbread came out golden brown in 2 minutes less than out regular time. Probably due to the dark color and weight of the pan, it absorbs heat very well. The cornbread just fell out of the pan after cooling for about 15 minutes. Not a single mark on the pan. A quick wash in soap and water, dried in the still warm oven and it looks like it was never used. I recommend these pans. They are coated very well and heavy enough that they should be with you for a long time. The MFG recommendation is to use at 400 degrees or less.

This is substantial bakeware and each piece has some weight to it. It cleans easily and I like that I am able to “stack” the bakeware and place it in my lower lazy Susan type cupboard. It does not take up as much room as I had anticipated. Glad I got this set

These baking pans are nice looking and heavy duty, but I'm not sure they are dishwasher safe...that's why I didn't recommend them. I did put one in the dishwasher and when I took it out a brownish water came out of the rolled up edges. The large sheet pan is 15 1/4 L x 11 W x 1 inch D. The rectangle baking pan is 13 1/2 L x 9 3/4 W x 2 1/4 D. The square baking pan is 9 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 2 1/4 D. The round baking pan is 9 3/4 diameter x 2 1/4 D. The small rectangle baking pan is 9 1/4 L x 5 W x 2 3/4 D. They do scratch easily.
