Just put one of these on my 01 subaru forester and It fit pretty damn well. Had to put a little bit of elbow grease into it but it fit none the less. It came with the correct gaskets and a plug for the extra o2 sensor port came with plugs in all the ports actually. Only thing was the bolts provided for the front end were a bit too big and I had to drill out the holes on the manifold. The braket isn't a 100% line up but i just used a smaller bolt that cleared the hole with a couple of big boy washers. The springs provided for the back end were pretty rigid but i just compressed them with a vice grip a couple of times that made it much easier. Overall so far real happy with it and saved some money! Perfect for the diy peeps out there

It came with everything I needed and almost bolted right up had to pull my manifolds but not because of this product because Subaru decided to put a bolt in a horrible spot and also had to drill the hole for the front bolts like other reviews said they are too big but I also didn't feel like going to get new ones so drill saved some time other than that worked perfect and p0420 gone

overall materials are good.welds and seam good.versatility of 3 o2 ports nicely done. front flange flaw too large also gasket.i had to shave 1/8 inch off top edge and use factory gasket so as not to bind up on trans housing.possible update of factory flange size is needed. emmssion monitor set within 12/14 miles nice. would recommend.thanks guys. pat d.

Overall build quality of this cat seems solid. The welds look good materials seems of good quality. The cat fit into the location on my car just fine. Both flanges lined up with the other exhaust parts just fine. I did have three issues with the product. First the shape of the pipe between the two cat bodies was different enough that I was not able to reuse the factory heat shielding on the new cat. Not a deal breaker but it would be nice to have the extra protection. Second the flat gasket the mounts between the y-pipe and the front of the cat was not quite the right size. It was a little larger than the old gasket. It still fits and functions but has more than a little materials hanging out past the flange. Third and most frustrating was the spring bolt hardware for the rear of the cat. It was not at all the right hardware. Wrong style and length bolt wrong size spring and flange nuts are not large enough to properly mate against the flange (see photo). Spent at least an extra 30-45 minutes trying to make the new hardware work before conceding and having to go to two different auto parts stores to get the correct bolt kits.

Work good on the car for around 25000 miles

NOT a direct fit for my Subaru Baja. Shape is right piping diameter is wrong outlet should be smaller and longer than it is to fit inside the resonator pipe. Exhaust now rattles because of this. Option is to replace the cat again with a correct part or weld in a flex joint. Yay.

I have a 2003 Subaru Outback my mechanic had to cut a slit in a Transmission support bracket for one of the o2 sensors to make this part fit. I think he had to re-use one of the old flanges also. Fixed my check engine light and constant rattle but def not a good design.
