Gardein Ultimate Plant-Based Burger, Frozen Meat Alternative, 8 oz, 6 Count Patties

I am a vegetarian. I have a hard time getting these from any place but Walmart and they are always sold out last time. I was able to get them. I had waited months so I ordered four boxes packages. I eat them almost every night but obviously other people have discovered them as well so they are difficult to get.

If you like a meaty texture you will like these. They have a chewy meaty texture. The flavor can easily be enhanced by adding the seasonings of your choice. The price is a tad high but they are worth it. Makes great burgers on the grill and can be cooked on the stove or in the oven as well. Very versatile. Easy to use just as they are if preferred. No need to thaw. Stores welll in the freezer.

Okay I hate beef it just gross 🤮 anyway i cant tell you anything in regards to storage because we. Ain't two each and there was three of us the ease of use is obviously 🙄 simpler than shaping your own patties who has time for that when your kid over there writing on the freaking walls , anyway back to the point everyone loved the texture of the patty and I never told them them that it was plant based until after they finished eating 😊

I couldn't tell the difference.. in the taste or texture.. if I didn't know.. I would had thought this was the real deal.. 100% real beef…. I buy frequently… it's that good ‼️

We really like these we really like these vegan hamburger patties. They are the perfect substitute for ground round. Very easy to prepare.

I miss the old gardein burgers, in the white bag with the red border. I wish my Walmart would carry those instead of these. These are okay, but I have some complaints. They "bleed" too much. I'm not sure why these plant meat brands feel the need to make all their burgers do that. I find it repulsive, and it's a mess to clean up. They also stink real weird and potent. This would be fine if you're grilling them outside, but it's really unpleasant inside and the smell lingers for at least 24 hours. They're too thick, at least double the size of the other gardein burgers I had mentioned loving. However, the taste is decent and they can be microwaved (regardless of the lack of microwave instructions) which is convenient and I'm not sure any of the other brands are able to be microwaved at all. Please bring back the old ones though. I just want to eat a truly delicious plant burger at home again.

These are disgusting and have a really bad taste and texture. They need to come up with something better that does not have soy in it, because these did not work at all. They also gave me a stomach ache after eating them. Not good!

This patty is tough and chewy, and because of the thickness, it's overall like a bad piece of actual meat. The goal should be to keep it moist enough so that after heating it on the skillet it doesn't dry out so badly. Not enjoyable.

These smell exactly like wet cat food, the texture is horrible, and they don't have a good flavor. I pan fried the patty and even seasoned it to what is usually my liking, but it was still DISGUSTING. I'm going to try smothering the remaining patties in gravy because I can't trash them after spending THAT much money on them; I'm hoping that'll at least make them edible. I sincerely do not understand how these are getting good reviews because I deeply regret this purchase.
