Garden Bed Modular Cover System 2.0'X4.0' ( Elevated Bed & Wicking Bed)

Easy to assemble fits perfectly on my vego raised bed. I love it!

I had awful issues last year with wind, extreme heat, and hungry animals in my hillside Vego garden. I knew I needed a cover, so started googling! What joy to land on the Vego Cover System & Mister Irrigation!!! Ordered at once, set up same day it came, and life is GOOD!! Wind is tempered(it's holding up really well against some really strong wind!), heat is tempered, and animals are clueless! Thank you, thank you!!!

We live in a forest in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. We have a lot of deer that love to munch on most anything that is green, including our veggies. So, we are delighted to have the Cover system to protect our veggies and herbs. We have not had any problems with any critters so far and hope to keep it that way. Very happy that Vego Garden has designed a very user friendly product that is well made and does the job of protecting our food!! Grateful heart!! :)

The cover system fits well over my 2X8' layout. The mister works as described however, the spray system would be better utilized as a soil watering device in place of a leaf watering device for which it was designed. The soil needs to get the water so the roots can take up nutrients from soil. When water is applied from above, it lays on leaves and can evaporate. I tried to set this system up to water soil, but the nozzles are not set up to spay laterally, so the water goes all over. With a bit of modification from the Vego Garden designers, this watering unit would be a much more suitable addition to the cover-irrigation system.

Typical of all Vego products it took a little time to assemble but the next unit will go together in half the time just from experience. The big surprise was the irrigation Mist System which BY ITSELF would be worth the entire cost of the canopy system. I expect the system to hold up a long time and if it does, it simply won't have any competition in the market.

We really like ours so far. I do wish that they had a frost blanket option, as this cover does nothing to protect during cold weather. (Learning the hard way on that). But it had kept out all the pests and fall leaves!!!! Can't wait to try the irrigation system this summer! Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality seems good but directions are not clear and some hardware is short. Also the misting system is a waste of money. It should be left off and only ordered if wanted. There are better ways to water.

This system is easy to assemble and install. At first it worked great! But after less than a year the screen seam fabric has disintegrated causing the mesh canopy to fail at the seams. The zipper fabric has also failed and zippers are no longer usable. Packing it up for winter today I realized the white mesh itself is breaking down and is shedding microplastic all over my beds. I would not recommend this product.
