I think it really helps me sleep through the night. The main ingredient is Valerian which is known to be helpful and it's Melatonin free.

The best sleep aid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The adult sleep gummies work so good. I've been have trouble sleeping throughout the night waking up almost every hour.? I tried these and was amazed how well I slept and how much better I felt during the day. The only thing I didn't like was the taste but it's not that bad that I can't handle it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Adult Sleep Gummies, 60ct are not great. The flavor is not bad but these did not work for me. I tried these several different times and nothing worked. If anything it took me at least 3 hours after I took them to get me to feel tired. Definitely would not recommend.
