14 different strains. Most probiotics have billions of good bacteria but they are all the same strain. The price is amazing also. They also worked the first day for my stomach and bowels (won't get into details) but believe me, i will live by this bottle now. Also great packaging so the good bacteria stays alive and active.

This probiotic has a lot of strains which is needed to help stomach issues. It has helped to keep me regular. I started taking this after taking the prenatal one that is more expensive and this is just as good if not better.

The 25 billion cfu is better for you long term compared to a higher that's mainly better for short term. I feel like this helps me digest better. I used to be very sensitive to meat, but ever since I started this I been digesting pretty much everything normal. The price ain't to bad either. I usually buy a whole year bulk whenever it's for sale to save money, an time. If you try this for the first time, I recommend buying 2 bottles that way you can have two months to see if it helps you...

Love this product! So I normally wouldn't be able to use the bathroom for weeks, would have to visit the Emergency Room. They prescribed me magnesium citrate 2 times a day for 2 weeks. Since I have asthma that weakened my lungs even more and caused issues with my heart and was very weak with over 100 heat beats per minute. I started taking this once every morning, and it took 1 day for me to be regulated. This is my second bottle, and worth it! I'm so much stronger and feel great.

Great quality and effective probiotics for a reasonable price. I had been using a more expensive brand but switched to this product instead. So far, I have been taking one capsule daily for over a month and I'm pleased with the results. My digestion seems to be better and I haven't had any issues with yeast overgrowth.

We've been using these probiotics for a while, and they really do seem to help. I had developed a little lactose intolerance, but these seem to alleviate that. They also seem to aid in healthy digestion overall. Recommend.

I know my doctor really likes garden of Life brand probiotics, for me I felt that it caused problems rather than making me healthier. BUT I took them after surgery and while taking several other medications, so that might have been the problem. My husband had no issues at all.

Package arrived soaking wet . An when I finally opened the glass jar it slipped from my hand an cracked I thru it away . I cannot take vitiams with splattered glass inside glass bottles.
