This brand and the ingredients are really good quality. I love that it's more than just a multivitamin. That it also helps with hair and skin. Great value. Has a digit vitamin taste, but it's very minimal. Doesn't bother me in the slightest. My skin is already looking better, and I feel all around better. I will be making this my permanent multivitamin.

I'm yet to notice any physical changes but I think you have to take vitamins long term to see progress. I do like how they're specific vitamins designed for different things.

Each contains probiotic-fermented whole-food multivitamins, antioxidants, plus French melon, biotin, and silica for added skin health support. It is a top-quality supplement that I feel very good about taking. I will definitely purchase this again.

I like the fact that it's a multivitamin and has all of the vitamins one needs in just one capsule. They don't smell funny and do not leave an after taste which I appreciate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has great ingredients and lots of vitamins, including iodine, however I am trying to avoid excessive iodine, so I won't continue taking this product. The two times I tried it I did not experience any side effects, there is an earthy scent and taste to the capsules but it doesn't linger which is fine. I can't speak for long term results or effectiveness as I won't be taking the whole bottle. The packaging is too big for only 30 capsules, it's a waste of plastic, the bottle can easily be half the size and still have plenty of room left for the capsules. Considering the name is the garden of life I expected the packaging to be more environmental friendly.
