Love the flavor and ease of taking this. I have trouble swallowing larger pills so having an option of using a powder to drink is amazing!! Garden of Llfe has great quality products %26 so happy to find them at WMT.

I have used many brands of magnesium- mostly in pill form. The powder is superior. I take it at bedtime

Delicious!
The formulation tastes like a fruit drink, but is healthy! It is in a form that is easy to take that isn't another pill. It helps regulate and lower my blood pressure, which is the main reason I take it and I've had good success with numbers.

Just one thing
This is an excellent product. Just one thing bothers me... No matter what the proportions, there is still undissolved product settled in the bottom of the glass.

No fizz...
I like that it has no real flavor, so I can make it taste however I want. My concern is that it doesn't fizz. The instructions say to let it fizz....it doesn't.
