Labeled as a 5-day course but includes more to be safe. Took it on the advice of my dietician hoping to prevent a relatively aggressive prescription antibiotic from wrecking my gut microbiome. Made it through the antibiotic course with no more than a brief spell of mild nausea. All else was totally normal during and after. This powder didn't mix super well with water, leaving some slimy clumps at the bottom of the cup every time (slight ick factor); not sure if that's normal for this kind of product. Either way, I'm happy.

I like to purchase this product every few months or so to replenish my good bacteria because I don't always eat the best foods. This is a good product and I have been using it for several years. Well worth the price.
Have used this product for at least three years on and off. Whenever I've had a stomach and digestive issue it is my go to product. Clears my system up immediately. Worth every dollar. Highly recommend.
Excellent high quality probiotics. Not all probiotics are created equal. This one jump starts your gut and now I'm maintaining myself on the daily women's probiotic from Garden of Life. I highly recommend their products.
