Worth it. Do not try the others
Been taking this for a couple months. I put it in my coffee and it makes me feel great. Totally helps with inflammation.

Mainstay for me
I've tried other (more expensive) golden milk powders and can honestly say this one is tops in flavor and consistency. I'm a runner and take this every night as a hot tea to help with joints and overall soothe my soul. Recommended for sure!

Trying to get use to it
It doesn't have much flavor in my milk, I have only used once , I will add some Ceylon cinnamon next time for more flavor, I am going to use it, costs too much to waste.
