I can't even count how many different natural sleep remedies I have tried. This one seems to do the trick. I have enough energy to get through the day and even when I wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, I can go right back to sleep. Will always keep this on hand!

I have only been taking a short while but so far I am pleased. I have had serious trouble sleeping and the deprivation has been affecting my mood as well. So far I have had better sleep, still challenged but from hard to fall asleep then maybe two hours of sleep till waking wide awake I have had much more success falling asleep faster, still waking but being able to fall back asleep easier. But as importantly, I have noticed my emotions balancing, feeling more peaceful while waiting to sleep and waking up feeling normal rather than doom and gloomily. I am confident in this product enough to have bought the spray for my mother to see if it helps her as well. Thank you Garden of Life.

This Sleep Well really works! My husband tried and he said that it gives him relaxation and have quality sleep. We both will take the Sleep Well from now on. We don't have bad or weird dreams anymore. I am glad that Garden of Life makes this sleep aid with natural ingredients .

Large pills, don't taste terrible but not great. Wouldn't recommend to somebody who doesn't like pills or struggles with swallowing. Definitely helps knock me out! But don't last all night for me. Not having melatonin means you can stack it with sleepy cocoa or something.

Good product. Gives me restful sleep and no grogginess in the morning. Sometimes I take a second one in the middle of the night.

I have been waiting on their CBD pills but they have been out of stock so I went ahead and opted for this because they have been out of stock of that particular product for so long. It doesn't work and doesn't help me sleep at all. I wouldn't a waste your money on this. I don't feel relaxed, rested or refreshed. I lay awake all night long.
