This product will be a life long daily addition to my morning routine. Once a day, my bowel issues went away. Fiber is essential to your system. Natural ingredients. Better than anything else I tried. If I could give 6 stars I would.

This is a wonderful product we've been using for years. Good for digestive health and fiber requirements. One scoop in your morning shake and you're good to go!

Garden of Life,Super Seed, Beyond Fiber, is a great fiber product, it taste, smells great and mixes well in my favourite beverages. Fiber has several benefit mainly it is very important to maintain good gut health. Helps to bulk up your stool and helps with constipation. The variety in the composition of ingredients in this product is great. Its fiber (soluble and insoluble) comes from several different sources and it also includes some probiotics. It has flax seed in it too which provides some omega 3 naturally. Do remember to drink more water after taking fiber products. A really good quality product in my opinion. Just got this stuff in. You can definitely tell that its insoluble fiber. It says you can mix it in to any drink, however it does have a taste. It tastes just like frosted mini wheats that have been good and soggy. Actually pretty tasty and I also get hint of cinnamon which is weird because cinnamon is not in the ingredient list.

I have ordered it for myself and my husband who is the nutrionist was impressed with the ingredients.Presently we both take it.And we both love it.IBS,irregularity,unexplained hunger pains,it works wonders.It takes approximately 1 week to start to do its job.

First congrats on Iherb and the carrier, in spite of covid restrictions the order arrived so fast As for this product I've already used it several times The taste is great I really enjoy it. Great value nutrition wise, first you have several strains of probiotics, so you don's need to buy a extra probiotic supplement. Also some of the fiber works as a prebiotic, that's food for the probiotics. Also if do do your homework, sprouts have more nutritional value than the seed itself. A word of caution, chia seeds attract I think 10 times their weight in water, so it's best to add plenty of water, mix it and wait 10 minutes, if there is a very thick paste you need to add more water, and a good idea is to drink another glass of water 15 minutes later

Amazing powerful source of organic food. It is all in one mix of the most quality seeds already in powder form, great to be added to salads, as well as perfect to mix in case you want to make your own dough for bread or tortilla. It is expensive but in my opinion for a vegetarian diet well worth its cost

I love these they don't taste like anything and they're in my oatmeal every single morning. my 1-year-old granddaughter only now after breastfeeding for a year finally started to want to eat food and it really backed her up and I sprinkled a little bit of these in her oatmeal and took a matter of days and she was back to healthy.

I love this product and this brand. The ingredients are natural and organic, the taste is very pleasant and it does the promises they wrote down. This is the best fiber blend which I had tried on Iherb! Also another products from Garden of life are very very good in term of quality and effectiveness.

taste terrible, like split pea soup with clove cigarettes mixed in. poor value too. cost around 3x per serving compared to other. the only redeeming factor is that it's high in insoluble fiber.
