Was as advertised. Good stable quality fabric. Does not come apart in winds.

Easy to assemble (no instructions so had to decide which end was which) and they sent a long and a short tail to choose from!

I guess I wasn't expecting it to come in so many pieces, but once I looked at the photo I figured out the assembly pretty quickly (as other reviewers have mentioned, no instructions). It didnt seem like it was going to break, though I noticed some loose stitching on the balloon pieces, so we'll see how well it holds up. Came with an extra, smaller spinner for the bottom, and I'm glad because it's pretty long with the spinner in the photo and would have been dragging on the ground from the areas I could hang it in. I attached the smaller spinner instead and hung the large rainbow one from another tree. I feel like 2 spinners for $10 is a pretty good deal!

Easy to put together. Comes with two options for the tail. I used the shorter one and hung the longer on another branch. Twirls great in the wind and is very colorful.

There was no instructions on how to put together. Was a real pain and still don't look right to me. Anything that requires assembly should have instructions no matter how simple it may seem to be to put together. For real even McDonalds happy meal toys come with instructions. This company is lazy.

my balloon came with a small spinner not the long one pictured which is why I bought this item. other reviews stated they got a long and short spinner. if I wanted a short spinner I could have gotten it for less elsewhere. if I return it and reorder, will I get a long spinner?

Really cheap one of the rods slid down inside when trying to bend and put in place then retrying to get it in the right position it broke in half. It was not expensive but it isn worth buying.

Only because the vendor did an EXTREMELY POOR job of packing and shipping and arrived squashed. No packing, just stuck in a plain envelope. Not even padded. Thus far, no offer of compensation either. Poor vendor Terrible service.

I am sorry to say, this is junk. Mine was ripped and it won't stay together.
