good unit
Just got the unit and used it a bit around the house and on the RV. Seems to work fine. Replaced an old dial version that is at least 15 years old. Looks pretty durable with a nice rubber protective cover.

better readings
I wanted a digital meter to read the quality of my boat batteries. My little (analog) multi-meter worked, but it was difficult to read the exact voltage. Now I can see 12.7V very easily.

No battery supplied
The device was advertised as with a battery, but it did not have a battery in it and of course it would not turn on. After I researched how to replace the battery, I opened the meter up and put a battery in it. Then it worked and everything is fine

NO BATTERY
THE INFO SAYS IT COMES WITH A 9 VOLT BATTERY, MINE DIDN'T SO BE ADVISED, ORDER AN EXTRA 9 VOLT BATTERY JUST IN CASE. I HAVE ORDERED MANY MANY ITEMS FROM WAL MART AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED. MOST LIKELY THE MANUFACTURES OVER SITE.

No complaints for far
As far as features, seems hard to beat. I do wish it had a stand though. Works great so far, although I've only tested household batteries and my guitar pickups. So far so good.
