it's great product. stops leaks on your house. it's easy to apply . because it'so thickit protectd youroof and house, and at the same time ot's thin enough to run toward any leaky roof area and seals the hols.

We bought this to paint the top of a freezer trailer that would get a lot of heat gain from the sun (even in Vermont). After we painted the trailer, we saw a reduction in heat gain on a very hot day of at least 10 degrees without the cooling unit running. Both coats went on pretty easily and uniformly even on the very uneven trailer roof. We found that pouring it from the pail onto the roof then spreading it around with a paint roller worked the best. We are so happy with how this worked that we bought more to do another trailer. I would highly recommend this product!

This works just as good as any of the other roof coatings I have used for my camper. The others were all black and if I got any on the sides of they didn't come off, But this is the same color as the sides of my camper and so it didn't matter as much if I got a little on the side, it still looked good. It was easy to use too. I will be using this next year to coat the roof of my camper too. It was that easy to use.

Nice and thick! One gallon will do one really good coat for my fifth wheel 30' trailer! Really worth it.

I've used this product before it's very good. My issue is with the vender, the cans lids are bent and until I open them I won't know if the product is ok. I should have realized something was as amiss when they advertised at a deep discount without giving reason.
