Highly recommend. Excellent product that protects and prolongs the life of my rowhouse roof. I have used this product before, when it was Black Jack Elasto-Kool 1000; lasted the ten years as advertised.

I definitely liked the cool white coating I put it on top of my metal shed and keep the inside of my shed cooler and I tested it the outside temperature was 91 and the inside temperature was 77.9 definitely has made my schedule what cooler at least when I'm working in here I won't sweat my tell end off.

well I like how it came it was in a box and I'm not sure if it's what I need because the inspector said I needed something with silicone in it so it doesn't Harden and I didn't look to see if this has silicone in it or not so the truth is I may have to return it but we're going to find out once I open the box and take a look at it I've been too busy

rolled on to my containers added vents the difference is amaizing then dii my shop roof, then the house fntastic get the correct knapp for the roller ( follow the directions)

goes on smooth, dries relatively fast but cures completely over a couple of days, awesome product, thanks

The Gardner coating is good and thick rolls on easy dries very fast. Suggest two coats on mobilehome roof. Excellent value, I'm going to buy more as this was first a test to see if it was any good. Very pleased with coverage.

Application went on well covers a large 29 foot RV roof and around for a great seal

Opened a new looking unused can and it was only around half a gallon in the can. I had hired someone to paint chicken coop roof. They used what was there while I was at hospital so could not return. Did not look like it was used.
