It affected 1 of the swings, so the children were able to enjoy the rest of the set. I emailed Gardwin, and "Joe" replied, and he arranged for a replacement part, so they made everything right.

Even better than expected! This a quality well built swing set. It's very sturdy and great for small backyards while still being a great size. We bought it for our granddaughters 3rd birthday and people were impressed with it. She definitely has room to grow with this but it's also not so big that she can't utilize all parts. She loves swinging in the saucer and going down the slide. 2 people put it together and took about an hour or so.

I received this yesterday and started putting it together, so this is based on assembly and first impressions. This is definitely not one of those small, basic swing sets. It's more like a full play area in one frame. You get a regular belt swing, a large saucer swing (big enough for more than one child), a trapeze bar with rings, and a slide, all connected to the same structure. That variety alone makes a big difference because kids don't get bored as quickly. The frame is metal, which matters more than people think. Some cheaper sets feel light or shaky, but this one feels more solid once it's put together. The A-frame design (the way the legs are angled like a triangle) helps distribute weight and keep it stable. It also comes with ground anchors, those are metal stakes you push into the ground to hold the set in place so it doesn't shift or tip during play. Assembly is doable, but I would not recommend doing it alone. It takes time, and having a second person makes it much easier to line everything up. Once it's up, though, you can tell it's built for active use. For safety, it meets ASTM and CPSIA standards. In plain terms, that just means it follows tested safety guidelines for kids' equipment. Of course, supervision still matters, but it's good to know it meets those benchmarks. Compared to simpler swing sets, this one stands out because you're not just paying for one feature, you're getting multiple ways for kids to play in one setup. That's especially helpful if you have more than one child or kids of different ages. This swing set is perfect! You get a slide, swing, 2 person saucer swing, a trapeze bar, with gymnastic handles. This can also be used as a metal swing! I love the long stakes that are included to anchor it down! That gave me confidence that it won't tip over, or blow away! One of the best things was how easy they made it to put together. The instruction manual included step by step pictures, and all the hardware needed for each step was in its own bag, labeled with the step number! This is brilliant! I have never seen this before, but it makes ste up so much easier... You don't need 1p bowls and a card table to lay out parts! 😂 I highly recommend!

I was a little skeptical that this swing set would be sturdy and last a long time because the price was so great. I was nervous ordering online also as I didn't want something cheap made that wouldn't last as my neighbors bought a swing set last year and after one season it had many broken parts, even the slide attachment broke. I decided to take a chance and I'm so glad I did. I purchased it for my toddler grandson as he loves to swing and slide so the size and features were perfect. It looks exactly as shown and came super fast, like 3 days. It arrived in perfect shape with no missing parts. The specifications in the listing said it weighs 77 pounds but the FedEx info said 130 pounds and my son said FedEx was more accurate. So you know it's solid and heavy and won't flip up or anything. The attachments are made to last as well as the frame. As far as setup, my son took it home and set it up but he said he had no issues that the instructions were great and easy to follow. He had already had a spot in his yard for it that he had made sure was level. I like that you can take the bars and swings off and replace with something else, if needed. My son is going to get a swing with back and belt and put up until my grandson can maneuver swinging alone. His legs are little to short now so he can't reach the ground, but the attachments he can use when a bit bigger. The slide and stairs are also very durable and solid. Overall, I'm super happy with it and the quality. The colors are bright and cheerful. I think this swing will definitely last several years and bring my grandson tons of fun and smiles. If your on the fence, don't be because the quality is as good as the high price sets. I'm looking forward to all the giggles, smiles and fun this will bring to my grandson. I shopped around and the price can't be beat for the quality.

I was sceptical at first about the anchors.But this set was well worth it. East to install and the anchors worked well. If you have young kids this swing set will not disappoint as the anchors hold it down very well

this swing set has made my grandkids so happy it's very durable, I'm 120 lb and I can get on the teeter with my two-year-old granddaughter and we have a blast and it holds me, because it can hold up to 700 pounds and I'm only 120 so I would be 170 if I didn't end up having breast cancer and losing all this weight but she loves it and so do all the other grandkids and it came with everything it said it was going to come with we put a full underneath the slide that way when they split down they wouldn't land inside the swimming pool I mean they have a blast it come with the basketballs and the air pump for the basketballs but the hoop is really tiny and so are the basketballs so the boys the older ones don't get to have no fun at all because the balls aren't even enough to bounce or play basketball with so is that part was a waste besides that everything else was okay. I'm doing my reviews in bed at 5:00 in the morning so I'm not walking outside in the dark to take pictures it looks exactly like it does in the photo I mean identical except for there's a pool underneath this line at the end and then the rest of it sticks out and they slide off the slide and into the pool.

I took us about 4 hours to put it all together. The quality is great for a first swingset.

My Babies love their new swing and took me 2 days and 1 night to finish putting it together started on May 4 then last night in the dark with my patio light on to help me to see in the dark and today to get it done in time my babies to play on it and only one issue is the basketball hoop two holes aren't lining up correctly and it slants down one side its not straight and can't put all four bolts in but other than that its a great swing set and my babies really love it especially going down the slide thank you for making my babies happy

Missing parts in the package. Can't even put up the slide. Sent an email to get the missing pieces with no response. Money down the drain.
