This clothes rack is okay...my dislikes about it was that there were not really good instructions on how to put it together just pictures, it could have been printed a little bigger as the items were small to see and view. The other dislike was it it not very sturdy but for what I am using it for will work okay.

Package arrived damaged. Instructions were torn and did not explain steps. Parts were not labeled, so I had to guess how everything fit together. Luckily I had an extra pair of hands to help me figure things out. Also had a random pair of smelly work gloves left in my package. Said gloves stunk up my entire room. Shelf does work, but I'm very upset at the lack of clear instructions and labeling.

Not sturdy at all put the clothes on it and it twisted and fell apart

My husband was here to help me put this object together and because whoever made it was too cheep to Deburr the metal, (which means to sand down the jagged metal edges after slicing the pieces of metal) my husband sliced open half the length of his pinky, could have used at least 7 stitches but he's a stubborn man so didn't go to doctor. I just want to say, don't provide “rubber gloves” for lack of effort and horrible instructions in Chinese. This product could have been much much better and safer. You need oven mitts to put this together.

absolutely terrible. product came in shipping box with no product box as if it had already been returned. pieces did not screw in and there was zero fastening. do not purchase this unless you like giant pieces of crap

I'd put 0 stars if I could. Mad is an understatement. The product came in a damaged box (looks like someone chewed it up and spit it out) then when I took all the pieces out, the black plastic pieces looked used, the color was peeling off, bent up, etc.... then the bars that came with it were damaged and bent out of shape.... OVER HALF OF THEM were missing.... I read reviews about a pair of gloves being in the box (which was hard to believe at the time) but indeed, there were a pair of men's work gloves THAT ALSO LOOKED USED/DINGY in my package.... I couldn't even finished assembling the rack because of how many pieces were missing.... which I figured out AFTER wasting my time trying because of the poor instructions provided which showed NOTHING BUT PICTURES... I DO NOT RECOMMEND.... a waste of time and money, and they do not let you return this items or exchange.

would not buy this item. Mine came in, some of the bars missing, very very poor instructions. Some of the metal tubes were totally out of round. I had to reshape. Since some of the bars were missing I basically designed my own unit using what I had. I should send it back, but honesty am a bit frustrated as of late, tired of the hassel of sending so many items back to various online companies. ordering from various web sites, poor quality control with things from overseas resulting in my getting inferior products. These products are not vetted before being put up for sale, very poor quality, will not order again unless ordering something directly sold by walmart, and not by individual vendors. I should have paid more attention to the low ratings, I bought because I liked the design as presented, and have ended up with something totally different.

If no stars was an option, that's what I'd rate this. I ordered 2. One box arrived damaged and a few pieces were broken and smashed in, it was completely useless. my husband helped me put the second one together, even tho it wasn't damaged, it is so cheaply made i couldn't even hang my sons week worth of school uniforms on it without it breaking. Do not waste your money. It is not worth it at all!
