This watch is awesome! I have an Apple Watch that could never make it through a round of golf without the battery dying. This can make it through several, with ease. I originally purchased an S44, but I liked it so much more than my Apple Watch that I wanted a more feature packed Garmin and exchanged for this. I’ve been loving the PlaysLike distances compared to what I’m used to seeing with just normal GPS yardages. The S50 also has no problem getting roughly a week or more between charges. If you’re on the fence, this is the golf watch to buy!

Finally a golf watch with the size and features I wanted. It is the right size on my wrist. It does not interfere with my golf swing. It is easy to read in sunlight without reading glasses. I can easily keep score on my watch. I thought I would want a silicone band but have come to really love the stock band. Those with a large hand might need to work at it a bit to get it over your hand. I love that you can really customize the watch face with the information you want using the ConnectIQ App. I wear it every day. It is a great looking watch. AMOLED display means it can be on all the time and still have reasonable battery life. It also works go gamify my other activities by tracking not only golf but also walking and pickleball. I am very happy with my Approach® S50.

This watches screen is Awesome! I feel like it’s very underrated so far. I have the S70 and really like it. I wasn’t sure if I would like the smaller screen size but it’s so bright.i think I actually like this size better now. I wanted to try something with a little lighter feel and smaller profile to see if I would notice it less while swinging. It’s exactly what I wanted! I can’t tell I’m wearing it, it’s so light. I love it! I wear it as my daily watch now over my iwatch. It has everything I need. And not all the added course info that got me over thinking it I give it 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I'm truly enjoying it so far. I'm impressed by the health features more than anything else yet. I haven't had a chance to play a round of golf with it, but I'm excited about it. I like that it counts my steps and is pretty inclusive of all the things I may need.

Solid product, pretty accurate on the course, only a couple of yards different than my range finder. The health features are nice! Easy interface to understand and navigate around! I did get really sweaty one time and it shut off for a minute on the 2nd day, I was like here we go, but it hadn't done anything like that since!

This is my 4th garmen. I don't like it as much as the S40. The S40 showed a running total of how many above par and at the end of 9 showed your 9 hole total and were you going on. The S50 has lots of bells and whistles but have yet to locate the 9 hole total. The number for the score total are so small they are hard to read. I would gladly trade in my S50 for my old S40.

Very cheap band on a watch of this cost

I love the S50, but Garmin made the wrist band too short. I have average sized hands and find it very difficult to get the band over my hand. I think Garmin just wants you to spend more money on a new, larger wrist band.
