We have used the Garmin for years and loved it. When it finally stopped working we resorted to using our cell phones. But there were placed the phone quit...so....we went back to our old friend, the Garmin, and love every time we go anywhere. Its dependability and convenience is great!

I shopped around for the Garmin and Walmart prices were comparable to Best Buy, Exchange, and other stores.

I am not tech savvy but this was easy to set up and use. Direction were much clearer and precise than my last GPS. My first use of it was a 12 hour drive across 4 states and never was I directed wrong

Works well most of the time but every now and then it gives me wrong directions even after I update and reset GPS. Most of the time it does well but I'd be afraid to use it out of state because it does navigate you in the wrong direction sometimes.

I liked the ease of use after struggling to update map. Use Google Chrome for that. Display was good and voice directions also. Only down side was that I was expecting a feature to give me alternative routes in case of traffic problems, but Garmin makes you buy a separate cable to use that function. Otherwise very happy with the GPS.

Does not save home address or any other travel place to ease the klick to saved places. Does not allow to mark police in area or auto on side of road, school zone. Map does not show next exist sign.

This unit does not work very well. The screen is not clear and it won't allow any changes. This unit will not follow the most direct route, rather it chooses to go out of the way. It always take the longest route. I am very dissatisfied with this unit.

It insists on trying to take you on routes that you don't want to go. I took it to the U.K. with U.K. maps loaded and it kept trying to says the fastest way was going through Landon's congested charge zone instead of taking the ring Motorway around London.

its to small I wanted a 7" screen, not a refurbished, can't hear hard to see. i want to exchange for a real 7" screen. have the box and receipt, and I took out the insurance on it.

I will be returning this and every thing I bought because of your lousy customer service. Walmart will lose thousands of dollars. Amazon and Target will make make thousands from me from today on. Thanks so much for clearing up the problem.
