Great product, buying from Walmart was very cheaper than buying from Amazon or Garmin. Walmart variant was very fast.

I really like the GARMIN brand. I went through three of them. This one was just too small after I've had the 7 inch one. So I sent it back. I purchased the Garmin with the camera unfortunately, I'll have to send it back. It has no bracket to mount it on the dash

I have had an old Garmin for 25 yrs. After much disappointment with my newer car GPS I purchased this new Garmin. I was never able to get the Garmin to pair with my iPhone. The response time for the touch screen was slow. No instructions included. There was too much stuff I have no use for. All I wanted was a newer version of my old GPS. I was looking forward to the larger screen, touch screen and Alexa. Not getting to pair with my phone I don't know how Alexa works. There were too many features that I would never use. All I wanted was an upgraded Garmin GPS .

This model is NOT the DriveSmart 66 -- the website is completely misleading. It is actually a 66se, which lacks several of the features of the model 66. We thought we were just getting a lower price ($200 rather than $250) but it is a "special edition" made specifically for Walmart, with reduced functions despite being listed as part of the system on the website. We discovered that during conversations with Garmin and returned the unit.

To take the place of a smart phone for those who do not wish to have one, this is too technical to work and too challenging. The directions are not detailed enough for step by step.

I did not receive the item as advertised. The Garmin was smaller than described and was tossed in a box that it did not appear to be a new product. I am totally disgusted with this purchase and returned it today! This whole ordeal was pathetic! Now I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for my refund! I purchased this GPS for a present; never again will I shop on line!

The item was advertised new and it was obviously used. The box was not sealed the there was protective plastic on the screen did not come with a windshield mount and the charging cord was not wrapped up. The GPS signal is always low and always searching for a signal

Just bought this useless piece of crap today. It is sold without all the parts you need to operate it. You need an USB thing that will plug into the wall outlet and another cord to plug into it and your car radio if you want to hear it talk. No real useful instructions on how to set your destination or even save your searches. I have a Garmin from 2009 which was awesome until recently when it would no longer charge, such a shame this product/brand has gone down hill in quality since then. Not for non techys.

Ordered it online. Took 18 days to receive. Then it shows up in a generic white box with a magic marker handwritten note on the side that said Garmin 86. The parts were just loosely thrown in a box. Bring it back to Walmart for a return and they state it may take up to two weeks for a refund on my credit card. So over one month and they have my money. I think I will just use Amazon from now on. Thought I would try Walmart but apparently that was a mistake.
