The product itself is world-class and it has all the features I need/want. Additionally, the price via Walmart.com was well below other prices I could find online - it was the right place to buy it from.

I rated the price lower because the price continuously fluctuated by ********* dollars causing me to have to return and reorder when cheaper.

I loved the look of this watch but when I tried it on, I found it to be a bit too bulky and heavy on my wrist. I was looking forward to some of the features but didn't actually even turn it on to test it out because I just didn't feel it was the right fit for me. if you didn't mind the weight, it's a great option.

I am upgrading from the Fenix 3 Pro Solar to this model, and overall very glad I did. Lots of new fun features, plus all the robust base of the previous models. Great battery life. I have 2 overall complaints that kept this from becoming a 5-star watch - 1) the band is uncomfortable. I found myself constantly fidgeting and adjusting it. After about a week I ultimately bought a 3rd party replacement that was more flexible and fit better. 2) The MIP display is great for me, but the notifications are white text on a black background with no option to reverse this to black on white, which makes it really difficult to read in many conditions. This frustrates me because I lose out on what is one of the best features of a Garmin watch - the benefit of notifications without the battery drain of a full smartwatch like an Apple watch or Pixel watch. If Garmin enables an option to flip the contrast for notifications, this would by itself bump up to 5 stars.

More on the seller than the product. Never thought this could happen with a retailer as large as Walmart. I have been trying to return my unopened Garmin Watch for a month. Walmart can't seem to produce a shipping label. They put me in touch directly with market place seller Beach Camera which made me pay for my own shipping back to them. I have a fed ex delivery confirmation and now they are claiming they cannot locate the order number to confirm the refund. I'm out $500 plus return shipping. The return should have been covered under standard rerun policy as stated

This watch was extremely expensive and had a known defect of the start-stop button popping off, which is exactly what happened to my watch. For the price and the money I paid, and the fact that they're not a fix for my watch, was extremely disheartening. I would never again buy a Fenix that was my second fenix, although my first lasted for maybe 4 years this fenix only lasted 3yrs ——way overpriced. Do not recommend!!! I've gone back down to the forerunner, which is also way more comfortable to wear. However, the cost of these watches is astronomical and they certainly aren't worth that kind of money to need to get one in a couple of years because it dysfunctions breaks or it's just overall a piece of garbage likely going to suunto after this one falls lapart.
