Garmin Forerunner 165, Running Smartwatch, Colorful AMOLED Display, Training Metrics and Recovery Insights, Whitestone

Perfect watch for a great price. Very happy with my purchase.

I’ve had my watch for 2 weeks and I love it! Initially I wanted to get it so that I could track my heart rate and my calories burned while on a run, and it has definitely lived up to those expectations. It has easily connected to my Runna app and Strava so when I workout it immediately uploads the information to these apps. It also gives me additional information about my workout along with telling me how long my body needs to recover. The battery life is amazing and even when I need to charge it it can charge super fast. It also tracks my sleep along with heart rate during the day. There are lots of other features on the watch that I’m still learning about, but I’m still obsessed and very pleased with my purchase!

This is my first Garmin watch, switching over after nearly a decade as a Fitbit user. I was nervous that it would take me a while to figure out all the new systems, but everything has been so smooth and easy. Setup only took a few minutes, and then it worked great right off the bat. It's been a few weeks now and I tell everyone how much I love it!

I purchased the 165 after my 55 started having a battery life issue. I'm so happy with the 165. It is almost identical to the 55 which is great as I am not good with change. The screen is super easy to see and the features are exactly what I want and need.

As a beginner runner, this is the perfect watch! I was hesitant at first, but I knew I wanted to invest in myself as I continued my running journey. The GPS is really accurate, and this watch has all the necessary functions, especially if you are just getting started as a beginner runner. I like the customizable face feature and how easy it is to navigate the settings. A huge plus is that it connects to Strava, too! I also ran in the rain with this watch (not sure if it's totally waterproof, but if it's raining and you are going out on a run, it will work just fine!).

Bought this a month ago, all good, GPS is accurate, not much errors when going near trees or buildings.

I bought this garmin forerunner 165 past month , the watch was excellent and it as so good features in it , at last i want say that those are interested to buy you can buy without any doubt and that's all

It seems durable and accurate. It takes about 3 weeks for it to "get to know you". I enjoy how light it is. The battery lasts 8 days with using the run tracking and strength training features.

Watch says 11 days of battery life but I’m getting 5 days. I would have bought the next level if I had known but it’s still better than my old name brand watch. The watch takes some orientation if new user. Overall I like it but wishing I had upgraded to next 1-2 levels, I wanted to make sure I would like before spending the money. I ordered directly off the Garmin website, which was an easy, no pressure option.

I got this for Christmas and I previously had the instinct 2. I thought it was going to be a step down but it has features that I personally use more. I do a lot of running and tennis. The only thing I wish is that it supported triathlons. It supports all the individual parts of a triathlon so why not just add a triathlon mode?
