Garmin GPS Navigation System DRIVESMART65

This is my third Garmin. Nothing is perfect. This, has a lot of helpful features. It has improved over the years. Hands-free navigation works well. When I plan a navigation I compare it with it has a lot of helpful features.Google maps and Waze. Then I make my route decision. GPS navigation is better than cell tower navigation.Google and Waze lose it’s reception itl its like its confused and make the wrong decision

I am getting to ,any of the surveys, I like shopping in Walmart but please stop asking me to reply about my visit there.

This was a replacement for a Garmin stolen just before the pandemic. As such, I never took it out of the box. Techno Challenged as I am it had a number of bells and whistles that left me puzzled? As the 300-mile trip to visit my sister played out I found WE were going to get along fine. It was simpler and I found I had little trouble adjusting and learning. Fun Experience!

My late Mom bought this Garmin 65 drive gps last year for 2024 Christmas and I've just got around to updating the maps on my Uncles computer . I thought it is supposed to up date on just Wi-Fi and it does according to the Garmin Rep. after the first time it's updated on a computer which I only have a iPad and a iPhone and don't justify the price of a computer which I don't need . I don't go on vacation without this anywhere because like the iPhone the Garmin doesn't loose reception from cellular towers where ever I go ! Thanks Garmin for so innovated products !

the only thing missing is a charger for inside the house.

Garmin GPS has spoiled me. I use to travel using just road signs or for big trips the AAA trip ticks. Now depend too much on GPS. Just recently update my unit for maybe the second or third time and for some reason all of my saved addresses were deleted. I don't like that. So now I have been trying to add the addresses I used a lot and the Garmin does not even recognize them. Maybe time to go back and just drive.

I like the service but I don't like the way you ask to be a membership without telling that there's a fee every month. It was my first buying on line. And you offer for a pick up but I don't really have that choice. I hope I did not take the membership if I did cancel it. I am in USA a few months a year

In a black box. Not in a Gamin box.

Did not keep me informed on progress of order. Had no way to get in touch. Tried sending message and no response. They finally contacted me 2 days before due date and said it was delayed. That was it for me, I ordered one from Amazon for $40 less and got it overnight. I am sending back the order. Hopefully the customer service does not treat me as supplier.
