Easy to use!

socal.adrenaline November 23, 2025

Having all my health and fitness stats in one place has been both convenient and educational. Garmin does a great job aggregating data from all their devices (Fenix watch, Index Scale, and the Index BP Monitor). This device is portable and can be used by multiple people.

Best BP monitor

Bug Diver October 22, 2025

This BRM is the best I've used. Easy and seamless setup, works fantastic, and integrates seamlessly to the Garmin Connect ecosystem. Garmin has really got it together, and this product is another winner! I use Garmin for all electronics on my boat, golf, and health and everything works beautifully with each other. Some other systems have some neat features, but when you put it all together, you really can't beat the Garmin ecosystem!

Makes life easier!

Jwjbs April 21, 2026

I had some initial problems getting the monitor to link to Connnect but I think that was related to some Bluetooth issues that were resolved. Since then, I absolutely love the monitor! The monitor allows you to keep track of BP readings in Connect. I have been able to see trends that show my BO is higher in the morning compared to evening. Also, you can export a report in pdf, which I sent to my doctor. I have not seen where I can export my weight using the Index scale, which I hope Garmin creates.

So easy to use

Janell G October 18, 2025

This BP cuff is comfortable, quick, easy to use for multiple profiles, and works seamlessly with the Garmin Connect App and my Garmin Venu. I love that the readings upload to my Garmin Connect App where I can then refer to them when needed (like at a Dr. appt). The size makes it easy to store or pack as well.

Best yet!

Karlr1254 January 20, 2026

I have owned several BPM's and the Garmin Index is by far and away the best. Easy to setup and pair through Garmin Connect. In addition, graphically tracking your BP on Garmin Connect is an added bonus. Taking your BP is a snap and the Index automatically uploads your results to Garmin Connect.

Should have bought this years ago

Scooter164 February 19, 2026

I have been looking at BP monitors for years. Reading all the reviews as well as pros and cons. The Garmin Index kept coming up with positive results so I bought it. The unit is very easy to use. I check my BP daily using the 3 readings that give you an accurate average. Once you set the cuff up for your arm all you really need to do is put it in position and press a button. The unit does all the work. I highly recommend this.

Great choice for taking Bp

john September 21, 2024

It is high tech and takes very accurate readings. It is comfortable to wear and would really help with keeping track of blood pressure.

Great device

Tobetico23 January 29, 2026

I bought this Garmin BP monitor a month ago and it is really helping me with my daily tracking and log kept on the Garmin Connect app. The only think I wish it could do is to be able to sync the log with the Apple health app to keep all my health history in single place. Hence, the 4 stars.

Good item

Martik May 30, 2026

It is a good quality product, it is accurate, it has two problems, the first is that if you want to register the grandparents of the house, they definitely need to have an e-mail, which is not convenient, you can't just call and take a measurement, the second is that it doesn't have a spare number, cloth or other case, which is very surprising for a product of this price.

Questionable Accuracy

Larry D. January 7, 2026

Nice unit that was easy to operate and sync with Connect. However, my readings were high. So much so that I compared it with another meter that I had used previously. The reading from the previous monitor were 15-20mm/hg lower consistently. The considerable amount of variation between the two lead me to do some research. I found that others online expressed a similar concern that the Garmin BPM was higher. They also used other meters to compare their results. Garmin you may want to look into this. Meters a fraction of the cost are provided more accurate results.
