Although I had to return item because I wanted to exchange for something else, the experience from the order process to the return and refund was prompt and well communicated.

I bought the garmin instinct 3 solar about an month ago and it was one of the best purchases. I use it everyday as I own and operate a landscaping company as well as a knife making business. I haven't had to recharge it yet, it came fully charged and the solar power feature is excellent being outside everyday. I like to stay fit and it is the perfect watch to track my runs as well as my lifting program! I love all the different activities you can program into it for any outdoor activity. It is truly a wonderful watch!

I recently purchased the Garmin Instinct 3 (no solar). I am using this to track my health and training progress. I use the Garmin Connect app to assess my progress. I really like this smartwatch and would recommend it to anyone interested in improving their fitness and health. There are a lot of settings that I've yet to explore but that will come with time.

I love this watch. I work as a Sheriff's Deputy and use this during work. I'm also doing hybrid training and incorporating running more with my workouts. This watch is my go to. I bought the Instinct 1 in 2021 when I got out of basic training with the Army and fell in love with Garmin watches since. Next one for me might be the Phoenix

Clear sharp display, easy to read. I used the Garmin Connect app to choose a watch face with hour, minute, and second hands. I also went with the red, green and white display colors, making it even easier to read. The battery life is excellent, about two weeks, and the battery life indicator is accurate. My last watch would indicate nine days of battery life, but only go five. I use mine at work in the medical field. With some watches, when you wash your hands, it's hard to get the watch clean and dry without removing it from your wrist. Not a problem with this one. I also use it to record my hikes. The hikes are fun to look at on the Connect app. I'm glad I chose this model. After two weeks of ownership I can see no downside.

I bought this watch about a month ago. Prior to this watch I owned an apple watch which in my opinion isn't a option for a very active athlete. Prior to that apple watch I owned the instinct 2 solar the only problem with that watch was that I couldn't see the screen very well as I am 57 years old. I can't tell you of how much I love this instinct 3-50mm AMOLED. Very easy to operate , very advanced to keep track of my daily workouts and extremely accurate in “add a manual workout” It will tell you the calories you've burned, etc. The watch is extremely durable as well.

I got this three weeks ago after my husband had one for 6 months. Love it! Keeps track of all health data, lets me know how “poor” or “good” my sleep is. Knowing my heart rate while working outside lets me know when to take a break. Keeps track of my steps instead of having to make sure I have my phone on me. The solar works great, will recharge if left in the sun, but does get Hot if left in direct sun too long. I did change the band from the rubber silicon wrap to a nylon replacement. My husband changed his to a metal band. It easily transmits all data to my phone through the connect app.

The watch is literally every that I wanted in a fitness tracker with some bells and whistles for the profession. The Ruck app should honestly be spread across more platforms and I appreciate the light that I use daily. This watch is my new favorite in the line up. Ultras are too easy with the tracker and display in the watch face.

Recently purchase the Instinct. However, I found that it was just a little too complex for this old man. Great features, but the display was a little cluttered. Love my Garmin products, I have several, and i'll have newer ones as prices become more competitive. Great support from Garmin at all times, a big plus.

I need to return this item. The watch won't charge out of the box. Can I still return it for a replacement? Milan
