After around a month of use, I can gladly say I'm very happy with the Instinct 3! I had an original Instinct for 7 years before it finally started having sensor issues, and I went for a change to a competitor out of curiosity early this year…and came running back to Garmin when that failed miserably. Definitely staying with the big G from here on out! The battery life is SOLID, the GNSS accuracy is out of this world, and the flashlight is the unsung hero of usefulness. I could go on and on about what I love about it, but that would waste your time away from just buying it already!

Bought this a month ago and been so happy and pleased! Has everything I need! Will NEVER go back to an Apple Watch!! Wanted something that could tell time and count my steps and this is far beyond anything I imagined. Yes it tells time and your steps but you can set it up and customize to your liking with all the different features. From activities to the watch face, and workouts, glances, sleep coach sunrises and sunsets, body battery, stress. Music controls!! And everything! I am thoroughly impressed! And love the SOLAR!!! I got this watch 1 month ago and charged it for the first time yesterday even tho it still had 19 days of battery life! So that solar really does help extend your battery life! I couldn't be happier. And been referring all my friends to hop off apple and join the Garmin Fam! They won't ever look back

Not quite a month in using the Garmin Instinct 3 it enjoying it so far. Love the morning report everyday but still a lot to learn on this wonderful Garmin. Just touching on small things but love exploring with it. Also love the solar charging feature. Haven't plugged in in since I bought it. Shipping was like the next day. Couldn't believe it

I have owned the original instinct since it came out. I was looking for more health/sports features and better battery life when using the GPS feature. I don't need maps or touch screen and the Garmin platform was familiar to me. For a great price this is all the watch I need. I can't speak to reliability since my instinct solar 3 is new but my last instinct was severely abused and never failed me.

I switched from another well-known watch to this one primarily because of battery life and trying to disconnect. It did both. With the added bonus of getting me outside more. And getting better sleep. And focusing more on fitness. Best move I've made regarding health and fitness tracking.

I upgraded to this about a month ago after my original version instinct solar started having issues. This watch has proven to be a major upgrade. The watch face is definitely brighter and I have been very pleased with the purchase. I have yet to need to charge it since I initially charged it upon receiving so the batter life is great as expected.

I am enjoying this watch. I love that I can set up the watch face to show me all the information I want at a glance. I do a daily Nordic walk on a set course. The repeatability of the stats, distance, time, pace, avg HR and max HR, day after day, is rather amazing.

I love this watch. I work as a Sheriff's Deputy and use this during work. I'm also doing hybrid training and incorporating running more with my workouts. This watch is my go to. I bought the Instinct 1 in 2021 when I got out of basic training with the Army and fell in love with Garmin watches since. Next one for me might be the Phoenix

I got this three weeks ago after my husband had one for 6 months. Love it! Keeps track of all health data, lets me know how “poor” or “good” my sleep is. Knowing my heart rate while working outside lets me know when to take a break. Keeps track of my steps instead of having to make sure I have my phone on me. The solar works great, will recharge if left in the sun, but does get Hot if left in direct sun too long. I did change the band from the rubber silicon wrap to a nylon replacement. My husband changed his to a metal band. It easily transmits all data to my phone through the connect app.

I received my Garmin Instinct 3 about 10 days ago, and am still working my way through the many functions and capabilities of the watch. It does fit comfortably on my wrist, and the display is easy to read. I haven’t begun to explore the Navigation features, but will begin on that this weekend. I will be on a motorcycle tour of the high desserts of the American Southwest in July and August, and expect that to be the true test of the GPS in my watch.
