Very good watch thing. Nifty to the point of awesome. Very comfortable to wear, pretty stylish. I love being able to track everything easily and accurately and not have to worry about getting it wet. 9/10 would recommend and buy again if I have to. It is a little weird to figure out at first, not really much tutorial, not many directions, but easy to play with and figure out.
This is the only gift my husband requested this year for Christmas. I have a Fitbit HR and wish I would have waited for the Garmin!
The smart activity tracker serves as a great motivator! Enter your goals and see how you do. When close to goal, I've found I'll get up and do what's needed to reach it. It's also a watch and sends an alert for phone calls, texts, eMails, etc.
I love this Smartband. I love specially the built-in heart monitor. It have a bunch of functionality including gps; is very compact and lightweight. #sweepstakes
I had the standard fit one first. this is better for keeping the extra from getting caught on coat/shirt sleeve.
great product
Garmin has a great product here, A couple of things I would have liked better , Would has been interchangeable bands and brighter backlight. I do like the other features over Fitbit.
I got the watch for my wife who recently had hip replacement. She is using it to monitor her activities. All in all she likes it but every once in a while it does not seem to record her steps when she walks.
The fitness watch is slim and functional. My wife has been using it for a few years now and loving it! The display is off most of the time which makes it appear more like a bracelet. I have even tried to purchase a newer model but she likes this one too much to change!
I have enjoyed my Garmin vivosmart so far. I have been a Fitbit fan for a long time and do miss some of the features it offered, such as the weekly progress emails. My main reasoning for going with the Garmin is the waterproof feature. I wish Garmin would update it's software to include some of these minor yet nice to have features such as the weekly progress emails and add some motivational badges like the Fitbit. Yes I realize these are minor things, however I will admit if Fitbit offered a waterproof device I would have to try it. Yet another fall back is I just purchased the vivosmart HR and they are already offering a vivosmart HR+! WOW, no updates for those of us who just got the HR. I guess it is what it is, and if you want the newer yet same fitness tracker you have buy the new version within a month of purchasing the one you have!
