this shampoo is helpful at relieving my dry scalp and reducing my flakes. more than head and shoulders come to find out for me personally. not sure why. its helpful to switch back and forth from hair products. i also enjoy aussie shampoo and conditioner. shea moisture hair detangler conditioner.

I love the cooling sensation and the fresh scent!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this Garnier Fructis Pure Clean Hair Reset Hydrating Shampoo for a couple of weeks now. This shampoo is great for removing residue and hydrating dry hair and a dry scalp. I really enjoy the fresh and clean scent of this shampoo, because it reminds me of peppermint essential oils. It also really makes my hair feel soft and hydrated, although it doesn't really help with frizz, but it's not advertised for that. I don't typically have an extremely dry scalp, however I can really feel the cooling sensation on my scalp, and it's really soothing. I think it's really great that this shampoo is made without harmful ingredients like silicones, parabens, and dyes. Overall, I really like this shampoo, and I would recommend for anyone that has a dry scalp or dry hair, and is looking for cooling and hydrating benefits.

I wanted to love it but..
My scalp is oily, but my hair is dry and frizzy. It's hard to find a good shampoo that could tackle both problem. After using the shampoo for the first time my scalp felt great, less oily, and my hair felt moisturized. But after few times of using this shampoo, i notice that my hair falls at an alarming rate. And it stop when i switch shampoo. So yeah, better stop before i'm bald.
