Garnier SkinActive Charcoal Blackhead Acne Treatment Scrub, 5 fl oz

This product has a very fine grainy texture that works wonders in conjunction with my ionizing face scrubber. It makes my face feel like i have absolutely washed away my whole day. Following up with a moisturizer has left my skin looking better than it has in years. I really like this product!

This has been the only product to successfully remove my forehead congestion! I went from very rough and bumpy skin to almost completely smooth skin in mere weeks. My only complaint is that it dried out my skin a bit, so I would recommend pairing it with a gentle moisturizer. (Before/after below)

I am 53 years old and they have so many products for pore out the I have tries many this product is very soothing to use and really works on black heads and is not harsh I know the thought of using charcoal on your skin sounds weird but it really works better than some of those very costly items and is easy on sensitive skin I really like it

This is the BEST face scrub for my oily, acne prone skin I've ever found in my fifty years. The 2% salicylic acid, along with the perfect granularity for scrubbing makes for the perfect face wash, face scrub, and acne control all in one. Please do not ever stop making this. I am finding it harder to find in stores these days so I have to order it online. This worries me so I repeat: Please do not stop making this!!! EVER!!!

This item was much to rough for my skin. I don't have acne, blemishes or oily skin. I thought it might reduce the pores in my nose but I purchased something by Olay instead. It would probably be fine for someone with oily skin and it's Garnier..a good product actually.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this product free to test from topbox circle. At first look, the fact that it was mainly for oily skin was kind of unsettling. I thought of it as a product similar to biore. While my skin is sometimes oily, it can be quite dry as well. I have found charcoal products to be super irritating, and often burning. Biore products specifically. When I tried out this product, I was pleasantly surprised. It was super good for my sensitive skin, and really light to the touch. It foamed up slightly when applied, and exfoliated my pores really nicely. My face felt and looked super clean. It even made my nose (which is often filled with blackheads) look nicer! I was very impressed! Overall, for the price, and overall results of the product, I would definitely repurchase! Super happy with this, and highly recommend for combo skin types!

non-fruity, non-medicinal scent and good exfoliating texture at a competitive price point for a scrub with salicylic acid

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was happy to test this #freeproduct from Topbox, but I was left a bit underwhelmed. First of all, the scent is very manly, although luckily it doesn't linger. The whole time I felt like I was smearing guys bodywash on my face, as the texture and scent are very much like that my boyfriend uses. Secondly, there are no usage instructions, and with an abraisive product I would like to know how often to use and avoid inflaming my senstive skin. It's difficult for me to add this to my routine, as I don't know how often to use it, and I also do not find it any more effective than any of my other drugstore facial scrubs. This would likely benefit a guy with a simple routine who just needs a good scrub a few times a week.
